June 2026 Releases

User Group Permissions for Handwritten Cards and Social Media Posts

You can now control which user groups are allowed to send, view, and report on handwritten cards, and which groups can schedule social media posts. Set these in your user group settings so each team only sees the tools that match their responsibilities.

User Groups content library permissions

Admins can now control which user groups can see pre-built HTML newsletters in the content library.

Send a Test from the Campaign Editor and Multi Email Scheduler

We've added a "Send a Test" button to the Content Calendar campaign editor and to the customize step of the Multi Email Scheduler. Preview exactly how your email lands in the inbox before it goes out to your audience.

Filter Email Report Stats by Tag

You can now filter email reporting by tag — on the campaign detail page and across the overview list rows. Narrow your results to the audience segments you care about when you review performance.

Reschedule and Cancel Meetings from the Meetings Board

We've added reschedule and cancel actions directly to the Meetings data board, and reordered how meetings are displayed so the most relevant ones surface first. Manage upcoming meetings without leaving the board.

Ownership Filters on more Dashboard Cards

The "Showing" ownership filter on the Recipients panel is now available on more dashboard cards — including Financial Review, Anniversaries, Turning Ages, and New Donations — matching the Birthday card. Quickly switch between your own contacts and the whole team's.

Organize Custom Surveys into Sections

You can now group questions into sections with a new opt-in survey editor. Drag and drop to reorder sections and questions, and set up conditional visibility so sections appear only when they're relevant to the respondent.

Smarter Survey Responses and Previews

Survey responses and previews now show section headers, honor your show/hide rules, skip required fields inside hidden sections, and automatically clear answers when a section becomes hidden — so respondents only ever see and answer what applies to them.

Auto-Assign Owners to New Opportunities

Opportunity board settings now include a Default Assignees picker. Admins can choose users to be automatically assigned to any new opportunity created on that board.

Save Survey Progress with Partial Submissions

Long surveys can now be submitted in parts. Turn on partial submission so respondents can save their progress and finish later. (Email must be a required field, and once enabled this option can't be turned off.)

See Survey Activity Sooner on the Timeline

A contact's timeline now shows a card the moment a survey link is sent — not just when it's submitted. The card updates from "sent" to "responded" once the recipient completes it.

Filter Campaign Reports by Contact Tag

You can now filter an email campaign report by contact tag, making it easy to see how a specific segment of your audience engaged with a campaign.

Export Your Notes to CSV

A new export lets you download your notes as a CSV file, with

options to include email content and filter by note owner (up to 10,000 rows per export).

Bulk Text Opt-Out and CSV Import Support

You can now opt contacts out of automated texting in bulk across a filtered list, and the contacts spreadsheet importer recognizes a "Text Opt Out" column so you can manage texting consent during import.

Read more about how adding text opt out via spreadsheet works here.

Donation Imports: Map a Details Column

The donation CSV importer now lets you map a "Details" column (also recognizes "Notes" and "Memo"), and the field is included in the sample CSV download.

File Attachments in AI Chat

You can now attach files — PDFs, images, text, CSV, and Markdown (up to 20 MB) — to AI chat messages, so the assistant can work directly with documents you share.

Build Surveys with AI

A connected AI assistant can now create a complete custom survey for you end-to-end, including conditional "show this when…" logic, through new survey-building tools on the Levitate MCP server.

Ask the Assistant "Who Changed What"

The AI assistant can now answer audit questions about tag and contact changes — for example, who changed a contact or when a tag was added — so you and support can quickly investigate account history.

Create Email Drafts via AI

A new MCP tool lets a connected AI assistant draft emails for you, with attachment size limits and safety scoping built in.

Meeting Type on the Meetings Board

The Meetings Board flyout can now show a "Meeting Type" row, so you can tell meeting types apart even if meeting names aren't added to calendar events.

Account-Level Social Media Signatures and Disclaimers

Admins can set an account-wide social media signature and disclaimer default. The account signature template can override individual user signatures (and falls back to the account template when a user hasn't set their own).

Hide Levitate Newsletter Templates from Non-Admins

Admins can now hide Levitate-provided HTML newsletter templates from non-admin users with user group settings, keeping the template list focused on your own approved content.

Better AI Blog Content

AI blog generation now produces longer, FAQ-structured posts (roughly 850–1,050 words) with improved prompts, web-search-aware content suggestions, and blog images in a 16:9 aspect ratio.
