June 2026 Releases

User Group Permissions for Handwritten Cards and Social Media Posts — You can now control which user groups are allowed to send, view, and report on handwritten cards, and which groups can schedule social media posts. Set these in your user group settings so each team only sees the tools that match their responsibilities.

Filter Email Report Stats by Tag — You can now filter email reporting by tag — on the campaign detail page and across the overview list rows. Narrow your results to the audience segments you care about when you review performance.

Reschedule and Cancel Meetings from the Meetings Board — We've added reschedule and cancel actions directly to the Meetings data board, and reordered how meetings are displayed so the most relevant ones surface first. Manage upcoming meetings without leaving the board.

Ownership Filters on more Dashboard Cards — The "Showing" ownership filter on the Recipients panel is now available on more dashboard cards — including Financial Review, Anniversaries, Turning Ages, and New Donations — matching the Birthday card. Quickly switch between your own contacts and the whole team's.

Organize Custom Surveys into Sections — You can now group questions into sections with a new opt-in survey editor. Drag and drop to reorder sections and questions, and set up conditional visibility so sections appear only when they're relevant to the respondent.

Read more about Custom Surveys here

Smarter Survey Responses and Previews — Survey responses and previews now show section headers, honor your show/hide rules, skip required fields inside hidden sections, and automatically clear answers when a section becomes hidden — so respondents only ever see and answer what applies to them.

Auto-Assign Owners to New Opportunities — Opportunity board settings now include a Default Assignees picker. Admins can choose users to be automatically assigned to any new opportunity created on that board.

Read more about Default Owners for Opportunities here

Save Survey Progress with Partial Submissions — Long surveys can now be submitted in parts. Turn on partial submission so respondents can save their progress and finish later. (Email must be a required field, and once enabled this option can't be turned off.)

Read more about Custom Surveys here

See Survey Activity Sooner on the Timeline — A contact's timeline now shows a card the moment a survey link is sent — not just when it's submitted. The card updates from "sent" to "responded" once the recipient completes it.

Bulk Text Opt-Out and CSV Import Support — You can now opt contacts out of automated texting in bulk across a filtered list, and the contacts spreadsheet importer recognizes a "Text Opt Out" column so you can manage texting consent during import.

Opportunity Board Advanced Reporting — We've added an Advanced Reporting panel to Opportunity Boards, giving you a deeper view into your pipeline data. File Attachments in AI Conversations — You can now attach files directly to your AI chat messages in Levitate. Attach up to 5 files at a time (20 MB combined) in PDF, PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP, TXT, MD, or CSV format — the assistant reads the content and uses it to answer your question or help you take action.

Survey Section Filter in Reporting — When reviewing results for a multi-section custom survey, the Custom Survey Report now includes a Section filter. Use it to focus on responses from a specific section without exporting everything first.

Read more about Custom Surveys here

Draft Survey Responses — Respondents can now save their progress and return to finish a custom survey later using the same survey link. Draft responses appear in your survey results so you can see who has started but not yet submitted.

Each brief includes a quick summary of your relationship, key facts, relevant tags, and open opportunities — so you can walk into every conversation informed and ready.

Contact Emails in Notes and Text Exports — Notes CSV exports and text message report exports now include a contact's primary email address as a dedicated column, making it easier to cross-reference exported records with your CRM or other systems.

Levitate MCP Server — Connected Integrations and Notes Search — The Levitate MCP server now supports two new capabilities. You can query data directly from any integrations connected to your Levitate account, and search and filter notes across your whole team by rep, contact, or date range.

Responsive Data Board Headers and View Only Badge — Data Board headers (Policy, Donation, and Opportunity boards) now collapse gracefully on narrower screens, so filters and controls stack vertically rather than overflow. We've also added a persistent View Only badge at the top of any board your account has in View Only mode.

Opportunity Board Automations — You can now trigger an automation when a new opportunity is created on an Opportunity Board. Contact Profile Files Tab Improvements — The Files tab on Contact profiles has been cleaned up for a better experience — the redundant header has been removed since the tab itself provides that context, and file downloads are now triggered by clicking the filename directly.

Read more about Contact Profiles here

Edit Date-Based Key Facts In Place — Users can now edit date-based key facts (birthday, anniversary, wedding, financial review, and custom) directly — no need to delete and re-create. The edit modal opens from the existing pencil icon and lets you update the date and, for birthdays, the greeting name.

Read more about Contact Profiles here

File Request — Send a secure file-upload link to any contact using the {{File Request}} merge field in an email. The contact clicks the link, uploads files from their device, and the files appear in the contact's Files tab and activity timeline. Upload links expire after 30 days.

(Article pending merge — PR #472. The published URL will be assigned by HelpScout once merged; expect a /article/<N>-file-request path. Until then, refer to Contact Profiles for the Files tab where uploaded files appear.)

Schedule a Meeting — Unique Meeting Links — Each Teams or Google Meet booking now gets its own unique virtual meeting link — previously, users had to manually copy and paste a permanent link or send it separately for each appointment.

Read more about Schedule a Meeting here
