Text Message Reporting

Want to check out reporting for text campaign sends? Or export your texting history?

From the Levitate dashboard, choose Reporting

From there choose Texting Report

Here, you can see Text Campaign Reports

And, if you are a Super Admin on the account you can choose Export All and export all the texting history from your entire account as a spreadsheet

Exported Spreadsheet Fields

• Date
• Sender Name
• Sender Phone Number
• Recipient Name(s)
• Recipient Phone Number(s)
• Recipient Emails
• Direction
• Message
• Media URLs — each attachment's public download URL, semicolon-separated when a message has multiple attachments. This column is left blank for HIPAA accounts.
• Status
• Sent Date
• Error
• Automation Name
