Meetings Board
The Meetings Board gives you a central place to browse, filter, and manage all scheduled meetings for your account. From one view you can see upcoming and past meetings, check on participant invitation statuses, and reach out to attendees — all without leaving Levitate.
Accessing the Meetings Board
Note: The Meetings Board is off by default. To turn it on for your account, reach out to your Success Manager.
Once enabled, navigate to Data Boards from the main navigation menu, then select Meetings. The board is available to users who have been granted Meetings access through User Groups.
Browsing Meetings
The Meetings Board displays a table of scheduled meetings with the following columns: meeting title, host, date and time (shown in your local timezone), status, participants, location, and source. By default, the board shows meetings where you are the host, filtered to Scheduled and Past statuses.
Users with the View Reporting permission can unlock the host filter and browse all meetings across the account.
Filtering
Use the filters at the top of the board to narrow results:
- Title search — find meetings by name
- Host — filter by which user owns the meeting
- Status — Scheduled, Past, Cancelled, or any combination
- Date range — select a preset or enter a custom range
Meeting Detail
Click any row to open the detail flyout for that meeting. The flyout shows:
- Meeting title, date and time, status, booked date, location, and source
- Contact participants — name, email address, timezone, booking comments, and invitation status
- User participants — the Levitate users hosting or participating, with a HOST label for the primary host
Managing invitation status
For each contact participant, you can update their invitation status directly from the flyout using the status dropdown. Changes save immediately. Invitation statuses are read-only for cancelled meetings and for users who do not have the Meetings write permission.
Bulk actions
Select one or more meetings using the checkboxes, then choose a bulk action from the toolbar: Send Email, Send Text, Tag, or Export. Bulk actions apply to the contact participants of the selected meetings.
Permissions
Meetings Board access is controlled through User Groups. An account Admin or Super Admin can grant the following levels of access:
- Read — view your own meetings
- Write — update participant invitation statuses
- View Reporting — view all meetings on the account (unlocks the host filter)
