AI Email Campaigns

You can now build an email campaign by describing what you want to send. Levitate walks you through four steps — your prompt, the audience, the schedule, and a review grid where you can edit or remove individual emails before anything goes out. Each account gets a monthly allowance of AI-generated campaigns, and web search is off by default. Contact us to have AI Email Campaigns enabled for your account.

Anonymous Donations on Donation Surveys

Donors can now give without sharing their name. Enable Allow anonymous donations on a donation survey and donors will see a "Make my donation anonymous" checkbox — when checked, only an email address is collected for the tax receipt. Anonymous gifts appear as "Anonymous" in donation reports and on the Donation Board and are never stored in a way that turns up in search.

Donation Merge Fields and Roll-Ups

Two new merge fields — {{last donation amount}} and {{last donation date}} — are now available in the Donations section of the merge field dropdown. Donation totals also roll up to the household on the contact profile and to the company on the company profile, covering donations you've already imported with no re-import required.

Automatic Event Check-In Tags

When you check a registrant in to an event, Levitate now applies an Event Check-In tag automatically — so following up with attendees who actually showed up is a single filter away. Undo a check-in and the tag is removed. Applies to primary registrants going forward; past check-ins are not backfilled.

Team Meeting Booking in the Assistant

The Levitate assistant can now book team meetings using the same in-chat scheduling flow it uses for one-on-one meetings, so you can set one up without leaving the conversation.

Email Templates in the Outlook Plugin

The Outlook compose pane now includes a Templates card. Browse your Levitate email templates, preview one with merge fields filled in from your draft's recipient, and insert it directly into the draft. Requires a current version of Outlook.

Bulk Delete on Opportunity Boards

Select cards in table view and use Delete in the action bar, or empty a whole column with Delete all cards. Deletion is permanent — you'll be asked to confirm before anything is removed.

Filter Contacts by Job Title

You can now filter contacts by job title in advanced search. The filter matches from the beginning of the title and is available in the People page filter drawer and when choosing campaign recipients.

Read more about Contacts & Search here

Email report filter selections are now reflected in the page URL, so you can bookmark a filtered view or share it with a colleague. A shared link always opens on the filters you had applied, not the recipient's own saved filters.

Household Details in Recipient Lists

Hovering the info icon on a household row in a campaign recipient list now shows each member's name and the email address the campaign will send to — an easy way to confirm who's included before sending.

Engagement Rates on Contact Profiles

The History tab on a contact profile now shows that person's engagement at a glance — Opened, Clicked, and Replied percentages, with the underlying counts on hover.

File Deletion Permissions and Protected Files

Deleting a shared file is now governed by a Files.Delete permission — on by default and configurable per User Group. Files that an active template or automation depends on are protected and cannot be deleted, so a live campaign won't lose its attachment.

File Request Improvements

Contacts can now submit files to a file request link more than once — each new submission is added alongside the files you already received rather than replacing them. Once a contact has submitted a file, they can no longer delete it, so nothing you have been sent disappears.

New Newsletter Fonts

Playfair Display and Raleway are now available in the HTML newsletter font picker. Both fonts include fallbacks for Outlook on Windows, so your message renders cleanly across email clients without falling back to unexpected defaults.

Typeable Date Range Fields

You can now type dates directly into date range pickers instead of clicking through months one at a time. This makes it much faster to filter reports and boards by a date range that is more than a few months back.

5-Minute Meeting Buffer

A 5-minute option is now available in the meeting buffer setting under Personal Settings. If you need just a short gap between back-to-back meetings, you no longer have to settle for a 10-minute minimum.

Refreshed Company Profile Page

We've updated the company profile page to match the look and feel of the contact profile. You'll now see the same tab structure (with icons and a sticky header), a scrollable detail column, and consistent inputs throughout — including a redesigned country picker that also appears on donation and custom survey forms. Donation rows in the Data Boards tab are now clickable, opening the full donation record directly.

Evening Delivery for Meeting Prep Briefs

A new Deliver control in Meeting Prep settings lets you choose "Evening before" to receive your prep brief the night before your meetings, in addition to the existing "Morning of meeting day" option. The send-time picker, weekend settings, and Last Delivered line all adapt automatically to the mode you select.

Donation History on Company Profiles

Company profiles now include a Data Boards tab showing rolled-up donation history from all contacts linked to that company. You can also add a new donation directly from the company view — the donor picker is scoped to contacts at that company.

AI Assistant Available on More Pages

The Levitate AI assistant drawer is now accessible on 11 additional pages, including recently viewed emails, recent meetings, keep in touch, upcoming key dates, CSV import, team meeting links, managed accounts, and user and group management. No setup required.

Attaching Files to Emails

Files can now be attached to emails in the Levitate composer via drag-and-drop or the attachment button. Attachments appear as color-coded file chips, and Send is disabled automatically when the size limit is exceeded.

Multiple Shared Mailboxes

Users can now connect more than one shared mailbox to their account. The Send from dropdown in the campaign composer lists all configured shared mailboxes. Note: the default send-from address is always your primary address — a shared mailbox must be explicitly selected each time.

File Attachments in Text Messages

Files — documents, PDFs, and images — can now be attached directly to individual text messages. Files exchanged via text are automatically saved to the contact's Files tab.

Read more about Texting here

File Activity on the Contact Timeline

The contact timeline now records file send and delete events. Shared files can be permanently deleted (applies across all contacts the file was shared with). Send Files links can now be scoped to a household so all household members share one download link.

AI Content Refinement in Campaign Suggestions

After Levitate generates a Campaign Suggestion, you can now fine-tune the wording using the Edit with AI refinement panel — type plain-language instructions, preview in real time, and accept or discard. Requires AI Content Calendar.

Blog Post Preview

A Preview button in the blog composer shows how a draft will look on the live hosted blog page. Available on Levitate-hosted blog accounts.

External Calendar Overlay on My Calendar

Users with a connected Google or Microsoft calendar can now overlay those external events on the My Calendar view. External events appear as grey blocks. When viewing a teammate's calendar, their events show as Busy blocks only to preserve privacy.

Renewal Automation Enhancements

Three improvements to renewal automations: each email step can now send from the Policy Owner, CSR, or Producer; a new exit condition automatically stops outreach when a policy is canceled; and dashboard card filtering now covers a broader set of policy fields.

Schedule a Meeting — Add Teammates at Booking Time

When booking a meeting, signed-in users can now add up to three colleagues on the spot without needing a separate pre-configured meeting link.

NPS Category Auto-Tagging from Surveys

Surveys with an NPS question now automatically apply one of three category tags to respondents: NPS: Promoter (9–10), NPS: Passive (7–8), or NPS: Detractor (0–6). Tags update automatically on resubmission.

Personal API Keys

Any user can now generate personal API keys scoped to their individual account, regardless of admin status. Managed separately from org-level keys under Settings → API Keys → Personal.

Meeting Prep — Downloadable Documents

The Meeting Prep agent can now generate PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel document artifacts attached to the morning brief — up to 3 per run. Not available for HIPAA accounts.

Salesforce Integration — Account Field Tags

Fields from the Salesforce Account object can now populate tags (and date fields as Key Facts) on all contacts linked to that account. Contact record type only — contact your Success Specialist to enable.
