File Request — Upload Domain — The contact upload page is now served from files.levitate.ai . IT or security-conscious contacts may need to whitelist this domain.
Service Job Board — We've added the Service Job Board — a central place for field-service businesses to track and manage service jobs alongside your contacts, opportunities, and account data. Each job card shows status, type, assigned technician, scheduled date, and the linked contact, so your team sees the full picture without switching tools. Off by default — contact your Success Manager to enable it.
Custom Survey Improvements — Phone fields now auto-format as respondents type, two new question types (Long Answer and Yes/No) are available, and surveys that include an NPS question get a dedicated NPS reporting view.

Clearer Text Registration Emails — Registration status and confirmation emails now include more detail and clickable help-center links.
Secure File Download Links in Automations — Text and email automation steps can now send files as secure download links instead of direct attachments. A toggle in the step editor inserts the file-link token automatically. Must be enabled by your Success Manager.

File Downloaded Branch Condition — Conditional branch steps can now route contacts based on whether they downloaded a file from a secure link in a prior email step. Select "File Downloaded" as the branch behavior condition.

Meetings Board — Calendar View — The Meetings Board now includes a Calendar view with Month, Week, and Day layouts, in addition to the default Table view.
My Calendar — A new My Calendar page brings together all your scheduled meetings, hosted events, and action items in one calendar view. Switch between month, week, and day views — items are color-coded by type with a legend at the top. Account admins can use the user picker to view any team member's calendar. The current view and date are reflected in the URL, so you can share or bookmark a specific view.
Action Items — Calendar View — Action Items now includes a calendar view that shows your tasks organized by due date. Overdue items and items without a due date roll forward to today so they stay visible. Click any item on the calendar to open the details flyout.
Schedule a Meeting — Meeting Categories — Meeting types can now be assigned to a category that enforces a shared per-day and per-month booking cap across all meeting types in the category. Create and manage categories from the Manage Categories dialog on your meetings list; assign a meeting type to a category from its settings page.

Schedule a Meeting — Adding Teammates to a Booking — When viewing a meeting card, you can now invite up to three teammates to join a specific booking without pre-configuring them on the meeting type. Levitate checks everyone's availability so only mutually open times are shown to the invitee.

File Request — Files Unavailable State — When a contact opens a file request link that has expired or is no longer available, the upload page now displays a "Files Unavailable" header so they know the request can no longer accept uploads.

Spam Tab in the Texting Inbox — The texting inbox now includes a Spam tab that collects all conversations marked as spam in one place. To restore a conversation, open it from the Spam tab and click Not Spam — it returns to your regular inbox immediately.
Paid Events — Attendees Per Ticket — Each ticket tier in a paid event can now be configured to admit more than one attendee. Set the Attendees Per Ticket field in the ticket configuration area under Payments & Notifications. If your event has a maximum capacity, each ticket sold reduces the remaining capacity by the number of attendees it admits.

Custom Surveys — NPS Follow-Up Targeting — When sending a follow-up email campaign from an NPS survey report, you can now target a specific segment: Promoters (9–10), Passives (7–8), or Detractors (0–6). The same filter applies when viewing or exporting the response list.

Custom Surveys — Automatic NPS Contact Tags — When a contact submits an NPS survey response, Levitate now automatically applies a contact tag based on their score: NPS: Promoter (9–10), NPS: Passive (7–8), or NPS: Detractor (0–6). These tags persist on the contact and can be used as filters in campaigns or triggers in automations.

Email Exec Assistant — Run History — The Email Exec Assistant now keeps a Run History log of every completed run. Access it from the Email Exec Assistant section in your account to browse past exec briefs, see which emails were surfaced, review keyword matches, and revisit AI-drafted replies. Run history is read-only.
Automations — File Sharing Activity Timeline — When a file is shared with a contact via an automation step, the activity now appears in the contact's timeline. The timeline entry shows the file name and the time it was shared, making it easy to confirm delivery.

Levitate + HawkSoft — Improved Premium Fallback — For policies where a premium was entered manually without a carrier download, Levitate now uses an improved fallback to determine the premium amount. If no carrier-downloaded premium is available, Levitate falls back to the Quoted Premium; if that is also unavailable, it sums the premium fields across the policy's lines of business.
Donation Boards — Import Row Warnings — When a CSV import contains rows where an email address matches more than one contact, the Process step now lists each affected row individually — showing the row number and a description of the issue — instead of displaying only a total warning count.
Read more about Donation Boards here
Donation Boards — Matching by Additional ID — CSV donation imports now support two additional identifier columns for resolving duplicate-email matches: Additional Id and Levitate Contact Id. Including either column allows the import to tie-break on that identifier instead of flagging the row as an error.

Social Media — Removing a Disconnected Account from a Scheduled Post — If a social account disconnects after a post has already been scheduled to it, you can now remove just that account from the specific post — without canceling and rescheduling the entire post. Open the post from the social media reporting section or Content Calendar, find the disconnected account, and select the option to remove it.
