May 2026 Releases
Meetings Board
We’ve introduced the new Meetings Board, a centralized workspace for viewing, filtering, and managing scheduled meetings in Levitate.
Users can now:
- Search and filter meetings
- View key meeting details at a glance
- Take bulk actions such as email, text, tag, and export
- Manage participant statuses from one streamlined interface
A built-in detail panel also makes it easy to review meeting information and update contact participation as needed.

Reassign Text Conversations
Users can now reassign a texting conversation to a different contact, provided the new contact shares the same phone number.
Previously, conversations could not be changed after creation, which caused issues when integration updates associated a conversation with the wrong contact. This enhancement allows users to correct those mismatches and keep conversations linked to the appropriate contact record.

Reverting Donation Imports
Users can now delete or revert previously imported donations directly from the Import screen.
From the import history, users can:
- Select a date range
- Review associated donations
- Delete all imported donations or only selected entries
Deleted donations are archived and will no longer appear on the Donation Board. This update also improves visibility into import progress, helping reduce confusion during the import process.
AI Lead Parser Enhancements
AI Lead Parsers now support custom instructions, giving users more control over how lead data is extracted and processed.
Enhancements include:
- Custom tagging and extraction rules
- Support for populating custom fields
- Improved testing and validation tools
The updated testing experience clearly shows how AI interprets incoming lead data, including job titles, addresses, and custom field values. These improvements make lead parsing more flexible, accurate, and easier to validate before deployment.

File Upload Questions for All Survey Types
Users can now add File Upload questions to all survey types.
Previously available only on Custom Surveys, this functionality now extends to:
- Satisfaction Surveys
- Event Surveys
- Donation Surveys
This gives organizations more flexibility when collecting supporting documents, images, and other uploaded content from respondents.

Configurable Opportunity Naming in Automations
Users can now customize how opportunities are named when they are created through automations.
Opportunity names can now be based on:
- The contact name
- The company name
- Both contact and company
This setting is available directly within automation configuration and provides greater flexibility for customers who prefer company-based naming conventions.

Filter Contacts by Custom Fields
Users can now filter contacts using custom field values within Advanced Search.
This enhancement supports:
- Exact-match filtering
- Case-insensitive searches
The feature is available across areas such as the People page and campaigns and will appear automatically for accounts that use custom fields.
Note: Filtering currently supports only text-based exact matches. Partial matches and date-range filtering are not yet available.

Template Sharing by User Group
Users can now share email and social templates with specific user groups instead of the entire account.
Accounts without custom user groups will continue using the existing share and unshare functionality.
This update currently applies to:
- Email campaign templates
- Social campaign templates

Unmark Text Conversations as Spam
Users can now reverse a spam action by selecting “Unmark as Spam” from the conversation menu.
This allows users to restore conversations that were accidentally marked as spam while also improving messaging retry behavior behind the scenes.

Events Landing Page
We've added a public-facing Events Landing Page that gives your contacts and community a single link to browse all of your upcoming events. The landing page can also be embedded on your website using an iframe. On desktop, events appear in a monthly calendar view; on mobile, they're organized into Upcoming and Past sections. Events that have reached capacity show a sold-out indicator. The page reflects your account's custom branding and is always publicly accessible, no login required.

Conditional Questions in Donation Surveys
Just like with Custom Surveys, you can now set visibility rules on questions in your Donation Surveys. When a respondent selects a specific answer to a Dropdown or Checkbox question, follow-up questions you've configured will automatically appear. Questions with visibility rules remain hidden until triggered, so donors see only what's relevant to them.

Logo-Only Header for Surveys & Meetings
We've added a "Logo-only header" option in the Template Designer for custom branding Surveys & Meetings. When enabled, your logo appears on surveys and meeting pages without requiring you to set up menu links or a custom background color for a clean, minimal look. Logo uploads and removals now also refresh the preview in real time, so you see your changes immediately without reloading the page. Your success specialist or a member of the support team can facilitate these updates.

Survey Creator Reassignment
Admins and Super Admins can reassign the creator of any survey directly from the Surveys list in Levitate Admin. This is useful when a team member leaves the account or when surveys need to be transferred to a different user.

Housecall Pro Integration
Levitate now connects directly to Housecall Pro via a native API integration. Once enabled for your account, you can sync your Housecall Pro customer data into Levitate, including contact details, customer types, and job data that powers tags for outreach targeting. Data syncs daily, and the connection is managed entirely within Levitate without needing Zapier. Housecall Pro users must have Housecall Pro Max to connect due to API key limitations.

Survey responses in contact history
Survey responses will now appear on the contact's timeline. These logged responses will only appear moving forward, not retroactively.

Send on Behalf for Follow-Ups
Users who can send on behalf can now send email follow-ups on behalf of other users, in addition to setting up campaigns on their behalf. When setting up a follow-up from the email report, users who can send on behalf of others will see a new drop-down picker allowing them to select which user to send the follow-up from.

Donation Survey Email Auto-linkify
Users can now copy the link to a Donation Survey, paste it directly into a Levitate email template, and it will automatically populate a hyperlink that says "Click here to donate."
HTML Newsletter Public Link
Users can now create a public link to share newsletters. Once a newsletter is sent, access its reporting. There is a new section called "Public Link" with a button that says "Enable Public Link." Once enabled, the user can copy the sharable, public link for the newsletter.
User Groups content library permissions
Admins can now control which user groups can see pre-built email content, social posts, and handwritten card system templates.
Custom Survey Report Fix
The Custom Survey report export now only shows submitted responses. Previously, it listed every survey recipient, even those who had not responded.
Embed Event Landing Page on Websites
The link used for the Event Landing Page has been updated, allowing the landing page to be embedded onto websites using an iframe.
Conditional Questions in Event Registration Surveys
You can now show or hide questions on an Event Registration form based on what someone has already answered. Set a dropdown or checkbox question as a trigger, and link follow-up questions to specific answer values — respondents only see the follow-ups when their earlier answer matches. Useful for branching flows like dietary restrictions, t-shirt sizing, or session selection.

Hide Feedback Box on Satisfaction Surveys
We've added a Hide feedback box toggle to Satisfaction Surveys. When enabled, the survey skips the open-comments step after the rating, so respondents land directly on the next stage (Google Review prompt or your custom questions). The toggle is off by default — existing surveys keep their current behavior.

SMS Opt-In, Opt-Out, and Filtering
We've made it easier to manage SMS consent at scale. The contact filter panel now has Can receive text and Opted out of text checkboxes (on texting-enabled accounts), the contacts page bulk-action menu has Unsubscribe and Resubscribe to texts options, and the spreadsheet importer accepts a new SMS Opt Out column so you can set opt-out status during import.
Originating Meeting Type on the Meetings Board
Meetings on the Meetings Board now show which Meeting Type they came from as a subtitle under the meeting title, so you can tell at a glance whether a meeting was booked through Strategy Sessions, Discovery Calls, or any of your other meeting types. The meeting type also appears as a Meeting Name field in the meeting detail flyout.

Keyword Selector on Email Templates
We've added a keyword selector to email templates so you can tag templates with searchable keywords. Each template card has a searchable combobox; type to filter existing keywords or add new ones, and use a folder: prefix to group related keywords. Keywords appear as pill chips on the template card, and you can remove them by clicking the chip.
Filters on the Automation Report
We've added a filter bar to the Automation Report so you can narrow the view by automation name, creator, trigger type, status, or resource. Useful when you have a lot of automations and need to find a specific subset quickly.
Send on Behalf in Key-Date Automations
You can now use Send on Behalf in automation steps for key-date cards — Policy Renewal, Birthday, Financial Review, Custom Key Date, House Anniversary, Generic Key Date, and Turning XX automations all support sending on behalf of another user. This feature is account-gated; contact your Success Specialist if you'd like it enabled.
