Events Landing Page

The Events Landing Page is a shareable, public-facing page that displays all of your organization's upcoming and past events in one place. Visitors can browse events without logging in, and you can share a single link that always shows your full event calendar.

What does the Events Landing Page show?

The page displays all Event Registration surveys that have been marked to show on the homepage. The layout adapts to the viewer's device:

  • Desktop: A monthly calendar grid with timezone-aware date display. Days with events are highlighted, and multiple events on the same day are all shown.
  • Mobile: A list view organized into Upcoming Events and Past Events sections for easy scrolling.

Events that have reached their registration capacity display a sold-out indicator so visitors know at a glance which events still have spots available.

The page also reflects your account's custom branding — logo, header colors, and footer — if your account has branding configured.

How to get your Events Landing Page link

To find and share your Events Landing Page link:

  1. Go to Surveys in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Look for the Copy Landing Page Link button on the Surveys page.
  3. Click it to copy the link, then share it however you'd like — email, your website, social media, etc.

The link is permanent and always reflects your current published events.

Controlling which events appear on the page

Each Event Registration survey has a Show on Homepage toggle in its settings. Only surveys with this toggle turned on will appear on your Events Landing Page.

To enable or disable an event:

  1. Open the Event Registration survey you want to update.
  2. Go to the Visibility tab in the survey settings.
  3. Toggle Show on Homepage on or off.
  4. Save your changes.

Note: The Show on Homepage toggle is only available on Event Registration surveys. Donation surveys, Satisfaction surveys, and Custom surveys do not appear on the Events Landing Page.

FAQs

Q: Do visitors need to log in to view the Events Landing Page?

A: No. The Events Landing Page is fully public — anyone with the link can view it without an account or login.

Q: Can I control which events are shown?

A: Yes. Use the Show on Homepage toggle in each Event Registration survey's Visibility tab to include or exclude it from the page.

Q: What happens when an event reaches capacity?

A: Events at capacity display a sold-out indicator on the landing page. Visitors can still see the event details but will know registration is no longer available.

Q: Does the page use my account's custom branding?

A: Yes, if your account has custom branding configured (logo, header/footer colors), those settings will be reflected on the Events Landing Page. Contact your Success Specialist or Levitate Support to set up custom branding.

Q: Where do I find the link to share?

A: Click the Copy Landing Page Link button on the Surveys page to copy your Events Landing Page URL.
