Satisfaction Surveys

Levitate provides a simple way to gauge customer satisfaction via Customer Satisfaction Surveys! It's easy to generate a Customer Satisfaction Survey from Levitate and send to your clients. Depending on their response, you can prompt them to complete an online web survey, like a Google or Yelp review.

Create and Access Satisfaction Surveys

You can access and create Satisfaction Surveys from two spots— the main navigation on the left of the Dashboard or under your name in the upper right corner.

There are three types of survey, here you'll stay under the Satisfaction tab

When you choose Create Satisfaction Survey, you'll be able to name it, configure settings, and even set up a call to action for leaving a Google review

Here's what it looks like when the Google review flow is enabled. You're able to choose which star rating(s) will prompt the call to action to leave a review on Google. We recommend 4/5 and 5/5 to keep your Google review average high.

You can also add custom questions to your Satisfaction Survey— to do so, navigate to the Questions tab. You can add Dropdown (choose one), Checkboxes (choose multiple), and Short Answer questions.

Survey Reporting

Want to take a look at your Satisfaction Survey responses? Send a follow up? Pull a report? You can do so by going through Tags & Reports and choosing Survey Report.

From there, each Satisfaction Survey you've created will be listed along with responses, a satisfaction score, and the ability to see a full report.

If you go into the full report, you're also able to send out follow-up communications based on responses by choosing Send Follow Up.

How Google Reviews work with Satisfaction Surveys

If you enable the Google Review flow based on a star-rating, we will bypass asking for specific written feedback for the respondents that leave a high-star review and direct them right to your Google Business page to leave a review— this way, they will not have to write out multiple reviews.

Make sure you have your Google Business Profile connected to Levitate— this way, you will get a notification for new Google Reviews, see progress on your dashboard, and be able to respond to new reviews using our AI Assistant.
