Cetera Meeting Disclosure
We've added a meeting disclosure text display to meeting booking pages for Cetera users, as well as a new spot to add a Cetera disclosure. To add or update a Cetera disclosure, users can go to their Levitate Settings, open the Profile tab, and access their disclosure.
Select User for Meeting Booking through Contact Profile
Now, when booking a meeting directly through the Contact Profile calendar button, an Admin is able to choose which Levitate user to book the meeting with. When you click the calendar button under the user's name on their contact profile, this is what the new menu will look like:

QuickBooks Online Integration Updates
Due to a recent change in the QuickBooks Online platform, we've pivoted to a new version of the integration. All QBO users must re-authenticate through the dashboard card prompting them to do so, or through their account's integration settings.

Salesforce Integration Updates
Due to a recent change in the Salesforce platform, we've pivoted to a new version of the integration. All Salesforce users will need to meet with our Implementations team to get connected to the new version of the integration. Our team will be in touch to facilitate these meetings.
Salesforce: Person Accounts
We’ve added initial client support for Salesforce Person Accounts– allowing for the proper handling of individual contacts in Salesforce.
Originally, the Salesforce integration was built only to recognize the Contact Object to bring in contacts to Levitate. Now, in Integration settings, Person Accounts can be selected as the Record Type for contact syncing.
Net new accounts set up on Salesforce will have access to this setting immediately. Accounts being migrated to the new version can also elect to map by Person Account.
Read more about the Salesforce integration here.
Integration Merge Fields
We’ve added the ability for users to include integration-specific custom fields in email templates as a Merge Field.
This is available for integrations that are on the V2 pipeline– ServiceTitan, Salesforce, MyCase, and PracticePanther. To have this feature turned on, reach out to your Success Specialist or our Support Team.
Read more about Merge Fields and how they work here.
Service Titan: Service Agreements
We’ve added the ability to bring in Service Agreement data from ServiceTitan– through Tags and Key Facts. Tags can reflect the name and status of the Service Agreement, and the Key Facts can reflect agreement start and end dates.
Read more about Service Titan here.
Last Communication filter
Now, users are able to filter and search by ‘Last Communication’ date on the Contact People page.
Through settings, it can be added as a column to contacts, as well as used as a search term using Advanced Search.
Multi-Channel Campaign Creation Interface
We've added a new multi-channel campaign creation interface that will prompt users to create and post blogs, and social media campaigns. When sending one type of campaign this will now show after the send has been sent or scheduled. Upon choosing to create another campaign, the AI will be prompted to use the original campaign to write the next that's appropriate for a blog or social post.

Donations Survey
Levitate has a new survey type– it leverages our existing ability to connect with Stripe to collect payments for donations. All collected donations through Donation Surveys will automatically populate on the Donation Board.
Read more about Levitate's integration with Stripe here.
Many, if not most, non-profits have a hard time finding systems that collect donations and donation data, have good tracking for donors and donations, and provide the level of hands-on service that Levitate provides with outreach. Now that Levitate collects donations, nonprofits and organizations can centralize their outreach, donor, and donation management all in one place.
Users creating a Donation Survey can have pre-set dollar amounts for giving, as well as the ability for the donor to manually type in how much they’d like to give. There is also an option to ask donors to cover the fees associated with Stripe payment processing.
Read more about Donation Surveys and their settings here.
New Policy Automation
Users can now create Automations that trigger when insurance policies are added to contacts. This new feature includes dashboard card, automation creation flow, and a new {{new policies}} merge field.
To be able to see the New Policy dashboard card, reach out directly to your Success specialist or our Support team.
Read more about Automations here.
Updating and Deleting Policies
Accounts that manually add and import policies for contacts can now update and delete those policies through the contact profile, and not just through the Policy Board.
Read more about the Policy Board here.
CC'ing on an Automation Email
When creating an email to send through an Automation, the string [CC:myname@email.com] can be added and the email address listed will be copied– and the string will disappear when sent.
New Birthday Tooltip
To provide more clarity around birthday sends, especially for Contact Profiles representing two individuals, we’ve added a tooltip when hovering over the birthdate that shows the name that will be used in a birthday send, and how to change it.

ImportedOn Tag Update
Levitate has a set of tag priorities that allows more important tags to show first on contact profiles and on the Contact’s People page. The Imported On tags have now been lowered in priority– and can also be deleted en masse.
For background, the ImportedOn tag is added per client, per spreadsheet import.
Donation Board Spreadsheet Import Update
For Donation Board imports, Levitate now supports adding one-named donors to support non-individual donations. The last name Donor will be added so the import success.
Read more about the Donation Board here.
Data Export and Favorite Tags
When exporting Contact Data from Levitate, Favorite tags will export in their own columns.
Satisfaction Survey Update
The emojis have been removed from the Satisfaction Survey star rating page.
