Levitate + ServiceTitan: Overview
ServiceTitan is a cloud-based field service management platform often described as an “operating system for the trades” and designed to streamline every aspect of operations for trade businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pest control, roofing, landscaping, garage services, and more. We've built out an API integration with ServiceTitan to allow for an instant push of service data to Levitate.
Who is the integration available to?
Levitate customers with an active subscription can utilize the integration on Levitate's end— it is tailored to our Home Services clients.
What does it do?
Levitate will automatically pull contact information for all customers in ServiceTitan— like name, address, email, and phone number— as well as Custom Fields as Tags from ServiceTitan.

What do we push to ServiceTitan?
Levitate has a read-only integration with ServiceTitan— meaning that Levitate only pulls in information from ServiceTitan, but does not write anything back into ServiceTitan.

If you are a ServiceTitan user and want to integrate, let your Success Specialist know! Due to the nature of the connection steps, our Implementation team will need to complete a few steps on the backend to get the integration up and running. Your Success Specialist will get a meeting with our Implementation set up.
FAQ
Do we push changes to contact data from Levitate back to ServiceTitan?
No, the ServiceTitan integration is read-only. Levitate cannot write data, update contact information, or push notes or communications back to ServiceTitan.
How does Levitate handle deactivated customers from ServiceTitan?
Levitate automatically archives any customer marked as deactivated in ServiceTitan. Archived contacts are hidden from user view and excluded from all Levitate communication tools. Note: Archiving only occurs after a deactivation update is received from ServiceTitan.
Do any leads or prospects pull into Levitate from ServiceTitan?
No, Levitate does not import leads or prospects from ServiceTitan. Only records categorized as Customers are eligible to sync into Levitate.
