HTML Newsletter Tab
When visiting the Campaign’s page, you’ll notice two updates: the first is an updated design for all Campaign facets– like email, social, and cards– and the second is a dedicated tab for HTML Newsletters.
My Templates Sorting
We’ve rolled out the ability to sort your templates, Email or Social, by Creation Date, by newest or oldest, and by Name, A-Z or Z-A, for easier access.
Adding a Youtube thumbnail to email and blogs
Since it’s not possible to embed a full video to an email or blog post, we’ve added the ability to paste Youtube links to generate thumbnails automatically– to cut out the hassle of getting a thumbnail, inserting it in an email or blog, and hyperlinking.
Read more about inserting a Youtube thumbnail here.
Blog Editor Improvements
When creating a blog post in Levitate, you’ll see a few updates to the blog editor options. We’ve updated our header styling, added an H6, and added the ability to format text with Bold, Italic, and Underline.

Donation Board Export
Previously, when exporting from the Donation Board a field for the primary email would not pull with the Donors/Donations being exported. Now, the primary email for the exported donors will be included in the report.
Donation Board Sorting
Sorting on the Donation Board has been enhanced– now, users can better sort and view the board based on Donor or Donation. The Donor view will show Donors with their aggregate of all donations, the Donations view will show individual transactions.

Clone a Meeting
Now, in the menu for each meeting on Schedule a Meeting there is an option to Clone. Choosing Clone will duplicate the meeting, and open the meeting settings page for naming and any other tweaks to be done.
Admin Meeting Link Access
Account Admins can now access other user’s meeting links and pages directly from the Schedule a Meeting page. Previously, these were just accessible through the Admin User Management Settings.
More Merge Field Options for Meeting Notes
A new dropdown allows for the insertion of more Merge Fields on the meeting note, for Schedule a Meeting.
Available Fields: First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, Company Name, Email Address, Comments, Display Name, Meeting Day, Meeting Date, Meeting Time, Time Zone, Virtual Meeting Link, Reschedule Link, Meeting Homepage Link, Sender First Name/Full Name/Email//Phone Number

Custom Branded Surveys
With the help of your Success Specialist, or our Support team, your Surveys can now be customized to match your company’s brand.
What can be customized?
Company Logo or Icon can be uploaded to be used in the header.
Header and footer background color, font cover, hover color, and font.
Menu items, as well as menu dropdowns, can be added to the header.
Links, disclosure text, and copyright info can be added to the footer.
Just a note– if your account has a Hosted Blog set up, the customizations between your Hosted Blogs and Surveys will affect both pages.

Survey Response Tagging
Tags can now be applied through Surveys, in two ways.
The first is a tag or tags that can be added when the Survey has been completed. The second is tagging based on answers to Checkbox or Dropdown questions on any type of Survey.
Read more about Survey Response Tagging here.
Satisfaction Survey Question Limit
The limit for additional questions on a Satisfaction Survey has been upped from 5 Questions to 20 Questions.

Google Review Reporting V2
To keep better track of received Google Reviews and Google Review Social Media posts, we’ve added the ability to reply to a review directly from Google Review reporting. Users can also see if a review has been posted to Social Media– if there’s a draft post, that will show, and if a post hasn’t been made, there’s a new button that will allow users to create the post.
Read more about Google Review Reporting here.
Mobile Web Enhancements
To better support the experience of receiving a Google Review notification, especially while on your cell phone, and clicking through the email to reply– we’ve made some enhancements to Levitate on Mobile Web. Now, users can click through ‘new review’ emails to either use AI to reply to the review or to create a new Social Media post using a positive review.
*Not to be confused with updates to the Levitate App– this is just Levitate on your mobile browser.
Logo Overlay on Google Review Social Media Posts
When creating a Google Review Social Media post, there is now an Advanced Option to include the company’s logo as an overlay to the post.
More ‘Turning [Custom Age]’ Dashboard Cards
Want to target more contacts based on the age they’re turning? Now, users can have up to five Turning [Custom Age] Dashboard Cards for prompting outreach or kicking off Automations.

New Filtering for Text Campaigns
Recipients in Text Campaigns can now be filtered by Key Fact– when setting up a Text Campaign choose ‘Advanced Tag Filter’ to further narrow in on desired contacts.
Integration ‘Country’ Tag
Integrated accounts can already bring in City, State, and Zip Code– we can now bring in Country as a tag if it’s available from the integration.
Self-Service Business Hours
Account Admins can now access and update business hours through
Settings > Admin > Company Settings > Enable Business Hours / Manage

Add Annual Review Key Fact to Advanced Search
Many Financial accounts keep track of Annual Review dates and have them logged in Levitate as a Key Fact– users can now filter by Annual Review date range when searching contacts.
Sticky Contact Sort
In Contacts, under People, names can be sorted in a few ways.
Now, when sorting contacts by name (can be First Name A-Z or Z-A or Last Name A-Z or Z-A) the choice made will stick from search to search to save time for the user.
Opportunity Automation Step update
We previously added the ability for an Automation Step to create a new Opportunity for the contact– now, the Automation Step can also update an existing Opportunity!
Unsubscribes in Email Reporting
Now, when checking email reports, you can see which recipients in that send unsubscribed from receiving emails. This metric will show upon completion of the send and be marked as 'Unsub'd.'
