Google Reviews Reporting
In the Google Reviews report, you can check out reviews received— when they were posted, the text, and the star rating— as well as details on if you've replied to the review or not.
From the Levitate dashboard you'll choose Reporting

And from there you'll choose Google Reviews Report

In the report, you'll see a full list of reviews received, when they were received, the star rating, and the content of the review. There are also direct links for replying to a review, accessing drafted Social Posts, and creating a new Social Post for a Google review.

Clicking the blue icon beside the comment text will show the full comment

When opening a comment like this, if it has not yet been turned into a social post, you will also have an option to do so

Finally, you're able to download this report as a CSV by choosing Download Report in the upper right

Troubleshooting
Q: The report shows zero reviews even though my review campaign got responses. What should I check?
A: There are a few common reasons the report may show zero reviews after a campaign:
- Google Business Profile connection is disconnected. If the integration was disconnected or the authorization token expired, Levitate can no longer pull reviews. Go to Integrations (found under your name in the upper right corner) and confirm your Google Business Profile shows as connected. If it shows a disconnected or error state, reconnect it there.
- Sync delay. Reviews are synced from Google on a regular interval, so a newly posted review may not appear immediately. Allow some time after the review is visible on Google, then refresh the report.
- Wrong location or account not set to sync. If you manage multiple Google Business locations, confirm that the correct location is enabled for sync. You can check which locations are active under Integrations → Google Business. Locations with sync disabled will not contribute reviews to the report.
- Google is holding new reviews for review. Google may temporarily withhold a batch of new reviews while auditing them for spam. Once Google approves them, they will appear in Levitate on the next sync.
Q: Reviews appear on my Google Business Profile page but the Levitate dashboard still shows 0. What do I do?
A: First confirm the Google Business Profile integration is connected and the correct location is enabled for sync (see above). If the connection and location look correct, the most likely cause is either a sync delay or Google temporarily holding the reviews. If the reviews still do not appear after a day, contact Levitate Support so they can investigate the connection on your account.
