Custom Branding for Surveys & Meetings

Levitate offers the ability for all of your surveys— Satisfaction, Custom, and Event Registration— and meeting pages to be customized to fit your branding.


Your Success Specials, or our Support Team, can assist in getting your surveys and meetings customized.


What can be customized?

  • A company icon or logo can be uploaded to show in the header.
  • The background color of the header and footer can be customized
  • Menu items, with drop downs can be added to the header— the color for the text, the color for the hover over the menu option, and the font can be updated
  • In the footer, a disclosure or other text information can be added, the color for the text can also be updated
  • Links and copyright information can be added to the footer, ad the color of the text and links can be updated

Do I need to provide anything to have my surveys and meetings custom branded?

  • If you'd like your icon or logo added, it's best to provide a high-quality, transparent PNG to upload to Levitate
  • It's helpful to have your website on hand, if you'd like it to match (color and font wise) with the survey page

Why Isn't My Logo Showing on My Survey?

If you've uploaded a logo but it's not appearing on your satisfaction survey, don't worry — this is a common issue with a straightforward fix. Follow the steps below to get your logo displaying correctly.


How Survey Logos Work in Levitate

Survey logos are managed at the account level, not on a per-survey basis. This means:

  • Your logo must first be uploaded by Levitate Support.
  • Each Custom Survey has an "Include Company Logo" toggle that must be turned on — it is off by default.
  • The toggle will only appear with Custom Surveys at this time, and when creating or editing a survey if a logo has already been uploaded to your account.

Q: The "Include Company Logo" toggle isn't showing up when I edit my survey. Why?
