Event Registration automation
Now, when a contact responds 'I'm Attending' to an Event created through Levitate, an automation can be kicked off. If their RSVP changes, the automation will be canceled.

New Donor Automation
Any account with Donations enabled, be it integrated with Donor Perfect, connected through Zapier, or using spreadsheet import, can now kickoff an automation when a new donor is added to Levitate.
This automation can be used to thank new donors, send a series of welcome emails or tax documents, and much more to drive donor engagement.
The donation will have had to be received and/or dated in the past 24-hours for the contact to qualify as a 'new donor,' so when an account is onboarding with all of their donation data, contacts with existing donations won't all be filtered to the automation.

Custom Fields
- When exporting contact data as a CSV from Levitate, Custom Fields that have been added to the account and contact profiles will be pulled from Levitate and reflected on the CSV.
- Now, accounts can add up to 25 custom fields to Levitate using CSV import.

Policy Boards + $0 Policy Premiums
Previously, when adding policy and contact data to policy boards, a $0 policy premium (which is a commonplace for Marketplace policies) would not be recognized and keep the data from being added. Now, a $0 premium can be associated with a policy.

Google Review updates
- The UI for the Google Review modal that shows on the user's dashboard has been updated. Now, users can click through all Google Reviews through the dashboard modal and post replies.
- Users will now receive a notification email when a new Google Review has been left on their Google Business profile. The email notification includes a call to action to respond to the Google Review.

Fully automated automations
Some Levitate automations can be made fully automatic — meaning that the automation does not need to be manually kicked off by a user. Whenever an automation is fully automated like this, Levitate will add a notification banner to the automation card that shows in the Automations menu.

Lead Parsers
When a contact is pulled into Levitate via Lead Parser, the contact will always be marked with a note of what was pulled from the Lead Parser and which parser they were pulled in through.

Handwritten Cards + Writebacks to source system
Specifically for compliance, we've built out the ability to have handwritten card data written back to the source system for Levitate accounts. Our handwritten cards are physical cards mailed through the post, but they are designed and provisioned through Levitate.
Each contact profile timeline will include the text of the card itself, as well as the type of card. Adding this card data to each contact profile will allow us to write it back to the source system the account is using, like WealthBox or Redtail.

Templates for Zaps to Levitate from the systems above are now live on Zapier for easier setup. Also, each article above contains the fields that need to get mapped from the source system into Levitate. More fields, like custom tags can also be added in Zapier setup.
Email Disconnect notification
Levitate will now email all Admins and/or Super Admins on an account when any user emails are disconnected.
