Zapier + HouseCall Pro
Levitate is able to create and update contacts based on Scheduled and/or Completed Jobs from HouseCall Pro.
Zapier is able to push contact information from HouseCall Pro into Levitate automatically.
What can we pull from HouseCall Pro to Zapier
When a job is scheduled or completed in HouseCall Pro, Zapier will be triggered to push that information into Levitate.

Get HouseCall Pro connected to Zapier
Go into the 'My Apps' section of HouseCall Pro, and press 'Go to App Store.' Scroll down to the Operations section, and click on the 'Learn More' button under Zapier.
At the top right of the page, toggle on the enable bar which will activate the Zapier integration.
The first time you set up a Zap, Zapier will prompt you to sign into Housecall Pro and enter an API key. You will only have to use this API key once.
You'll find your HouseCall Pro API key on the Zapier app within HouseCall Pro. Once you enable the integration, refresh the page and the API key will pop up.
Pushing into Levitate
When setting up the Zap, the action event is where you'll choose Levitate. This will allow a contact to be updated or created whenever a job is scheduled and/or completed in HouseCall Pro.
Once you choose 'Create or Update Levitate Contact' you'll be prompted to map the fields from HouseCall Pro into Levitate. Reference the table above to see what can be pulled from HouseCall Pro and mapped into Levitate.
In order for both Scheduled Jobs and Completed Jobs to be pulled into Levitate from HouseCall Pro, two Zaps need to be set up.
Just like with any other service used in tandem with Zapier, Zapier may require payment at a certain level or volume of usage. We do not charge our Levitate clients to use Zapier + Levitate, but other platforms might.
