Event Registration automations

To work hand in hand with Levitate's ability to create an event and send out event invitations, and in hand receive RSVPs, the event registration automation can be kicked off when an invitee RSVPs 'I'm Attending.'

Just like with any other automation, an Admin on the account will need to get it set up. Navigate to 'Automations' and choose 'Event Registration Automation' to get started.

Upon choosing this automation type, you'll be prompted to select which event will kick off the automation.

Here's what the setup looks like.

You can choose to cancel the automation if the recipient replies to emails or texts, cancelling if the contact no longer meets criteria gives the option to create a criteria that the contact must meet to continue receiving the automation. Below is what that looks like.

Like with any automation, there can be multiple steps, segments, etc. to better work with how you're hoping to reach out!

Remember, this automation only sends to contacts that have responded to the chosen event with 'I'm Attending.' The automation is event by event, so when a new event is created a new automation will need to be created, if so desired. Data on other responses can be found in the event's reporting section.
