April 2026 Releases
Levitate MCP Server
If you're reading this, you might be asking yourself, "What is an MCP server?" It's a secure connection between a tool like Levitate and a user's personal AI Assistant, like Claude. With the Levitate MCP server, users can search and manage their contact database, look up detailed contact profiles, organize contacts with tags, and track action items—all through conversation with their AI assistant. Users can also search donations and campaigns, browse opportunity pipelines, and review policies.
Texting Page Improvements
Updated recipient search, fixed conversation action menu hovers, and added some layout updates and fixes to the page.
{{Policies Expiring}} Merge Field
A new {{policies expiring}} merge field has been added. It uses "expires" instead of "renews" based on the policy, but it uses the same data as the renewals merge field.
Read more about Merge Fields here.
Automation Canvas & Automation Updates
The Automation Canvas view is now the default and only view for creating and editing automations. You can watch a new step-by-step video on the Automation Canvas here.
And two new, powerful updates to automations!
1. A new Start Automation step will allow one automation to trigger another.
2. Conditional Branching for easier and more user-friendly segmentation within automations.
Rich Text Formatting for Event Details
Levitate users creating events needed the ability to format event details with rich text (bold, italic, hyperlinks) for better presentation and clarity.

Updated Look for Stripe Payment Flow
We’ve redesigned the payment flow to create a more accessible and user-friendly experience for paid Events and Donation Surveys. Instead of a popup for payment, a new, full page will appear.

Google Review Social Post Updates
Crop & Resize Background Images
Users can now crop, zoom, and reposition background images when creating social media testimonials from Google reviews.
AI Summarization for long Google Reviews
When creating a social media post with a long Google Review, users can let AI summarize the review to fit all text to the post, or choose to edit manually.

Salesforce Interest Tags

Conditional Survey Questions
These changes affect all accounts that have surveys enabled. There is no special account setting to enable this. Existing surveys act as if they have no visibility condition triggers, so they can be edited to allow visibility triggers.
Here's what the conditional trigger looks like on a custom survey question:

Cambridge Broker Dealer Disclosures
Levitate accounts with Cambridge listed as a Broker Dealer now will have an automatic broker disclosure text added to emails and social posts. The disclosure text will also show on the compliance approval PDFs, as well as in the preview of the email or post itself.
If a Cambridge user creates their own template, no disclosure will show, but if a campaign created by the Levitate content team is chosen the disclosure will be included.
Here's what the disclosure will look like on an email:

Keep in Touch Agent
The new Keep in Touch Agent takes the guesswork out of relationship management by using AI to analyze your contacts, timeline activity, and external signals. It surfaces personalized suggestions on who to reach out to, along with clear reasoning, suggested messaging, and action items—so you can build stronger relationships with timely, thoughtful outreach.

Email Send Intervals & Interval Picker for Email and Social
Previously, Levitate only allowed emails to be scheduled on the hour. This update allows 15-minute intervals. As part of this, we also switched to a new time-interval picker so you can search times for posting social media posts or sending emails, since there are more options to navigate.
Here's what that updated interval picker looks like:

Google Reviews: Business Locations
Levitate will now show the business location when exporting review data to spreadsheet; it will also show when looking at the Google Review reporting.

Data Board Export Fix
Previously, when choosing a specific row or rows on a data board (like policy board, donations board, opportunity board) for export to spreadsheet, all data from the board would be exported. We've fixed this, so that only selected rows will export to the spreadsheet.
Filter by Last Modified Date
In the Campaigns section for emails and social media posts, users can now filter their My Templates section by the last modified date (oldest or newest).
Here's the full list of available filters for sorting:
