Redtail Calendar + Meetings Update

After scheduling a meeting using Levitate, the confirmation message usually says that a calendar invite will be sent shortly– Redtail does not send out an actual calendar invite, so meetings booked when connected to the Redtail calendar will no longer show this message!

New Send Warnings

Send Right Away

After running into confusion around users choosing ‘Send as fast as possible’ outside of Business Hours there is now a warning. Sending in this instance will kick the send off right away and not wait for business hours to start.

Holiday Sends

Since Levitate does not send on holidays, by default scheduling an email that will go out on a holiday will prompt a new warning.

Tag Updates

Tags can now be assigned a color. To access Tags, go through Reporting or through Contacts to the Tag page. From there, you can add and update the color for a Tag.

Now, Tags can be categorized into groups! To better organize tags created by Levitate features– like with Opportunity boards. Categories can also be manually created and managed.

Turn Google Reviews Into Social Media Posts

To give even more value to Google Reviews received, accounts that have their Google Business profile connected can post Google Reviews received directly from Levitate to Social Media!

Users can choose the background and text color, edit testimonial text, and post directly as an image to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.

Schedule a Meeting with Multiple Users

We have added the option to add up to three additional participants to meetings created in Levitate. Each participant’s calendar availability will be referenced to show the invitee times that are available.

AI Lead Parser

Instead of having a lot of required fields to be present for the lead to be parsed from an email, the AI lead parser works intuitively to find fields that can be mapped to Levitate through a lead parser. Have a lead email that you want to get set up with the AI lead parser? Reach out to your Success Specialist.

Accessing Self-Service Link to Update Billing Info

Account Admins and Super Admins can directly access a link to update their credit card information through Settings > Admin. The link will take them to Maxio, where they can input their new credit card information ahead of billing or when a card number is updated or changed.

Automations: Skip Step Options

To make automations easier to configure, even with lots of requirements and parameters, we’ve added the ability to have this skip setting per step. We have been able to cancel a whole automation based on a criteria, but never just a step. This allows the automation to exclude certain recipients from receiving a step in a logical way without stopping the whole automation from sending out.

We’ve added a new Advanced Option for every automation step in an automation –  steps that only execute if specific tag filters are met. We already supported exiting an automation based on a tag filter, and this would extend that logic to the step level, enabling more granular control by skipping or sending individual steps based on tag conditions.
