Schedule a Meeting: multiple user meetings
Levitate offers the ability for the creator of a meeting to add up to three other participants to the meeting— meaning that each calendar of each participant will be referenced for availability for the meeting.
To be added as a participant, and for availability to show correctly, each participant will need to be a Levitate user that is connected and has a calendar that we can read. That means that this will work for users with Google, Office365, and Exchange are able to use this feature.
You can read more about how calendar connections and scheduling meetings through Levitate work here.
How do I add other users as participants to a meeting?
Navigate to the Levitate dashboard.
From the dashboard, choose the dropdown menu under your name in the upper right corner.
You can either create a new meeting or choose and existing meeting.
You can go through the normal steps of creating a meeting— choosing the location, adding notes, and managing when the invitee can schedule.
So this will work with any of these types of meetings-- phone call, virtual, in person, etc.
The new field you'll see here is the ability to include others on this meeting. So the others that are mentioned are going to be other users on your Levitate account.
You're able to search and add up to three other users' availability. This meeting will take their availability into consideration as well-- basically giving the option to look at multiple calendars and then create meeting availability based on those multiple calendars.
You'll manually add up to three users— you can type in their name or email address.
Reminder: the participants you're adding here must be connected Levitate users that are Google, Office365, or Exchange users.
Once you've added your participants, you can adjust any other settings that you need to— make sure to Save the meeting. Once it's saved, the link can be shared for booking.
To see what the booking page itself looks like, you can copy the meeting link and navigate to that URL.
On the booking page itself, it will show the users who will be meeting participants.
From there, the meeting can be scheduled as usual.
