Handwritten Cards

After the initial rollout of handwritten cards, we've made supplemental releases to enhance the feature, like being able to save drafts of cards, import custom images and logos to your cards, and sending to households.

Sending to Households

In order to provide a more authentically addressed message, especially for holidays, we've allowed for contacts to be paired in couples for correspondence. We are able to pull in 'household' or 'family' information from our Redtail and Wealthbox integrations, as well as via CSV import. At this time, only spouses, partners, husbands and wives, and heads of households are able to be paired in Levitate— tertiary family members like children, grandparents, etc. are not able to be included.

Event Registration

Event Registration is now joining our Surveys team! Along with Customer Satisfaction surveys, users are now able to create, send out invitations, and keep track of responses via this feature. You can host in person events or provide a link for virtual meetings or webinars, keep track of RSVPs, and even put caps on attendees and RSVP date. Advanced reporting is also available!

Google Business profile integration

Administrators in Levitate are now able to connect to their business's Google Business profile! This will allow for users to see how their Google Review volume has increased since working with Levitate— users are also able to respond back to Google Reviews through Levitate, and are able to use our AI assistant to craft a thoughtful reply!

Social Media updates

All users are now able to connect to multiple social media pages! When setting up a post, users or admins setting up on behalf, are able to post to all connected social media accounts or some of those connected pages! Users are able to add these profiles through our Settings page.

Our Social Media compliance flow now mirrors our email compliance flow— whenever a user sets up a post that is compliance pending, they will now receive a PDF copy of the post itself to pass on to compliance for approval.

EzLynx tag options

ExLynx integrated users are now able to pull in city, state, and zip code as a tag into Levitate. Your success specialist or product support can turn on this capability for you!
