Google Business Profile integration
To bring our Customer Satisfaction surveys full circle, administrators on Levitate are now able to get connected to their Google Business profile. In order to see reviews, the credentials entered must belong to an admin, a manager, or an owner of the Google Business profile.
Users will now be able to track Google reviews that they've gotten while being signed on with Levitate— you'll see your percentage increase in reviews, star ratings and written reviews from clients, and the option to reply to all reviews!
When replying, you'll be able to use our AI assistant to craft a response that'll then post back to your Google Business profile.
To make any changes to your Google Business profile integration, you're able to access them via the 'Integrations' menu.
