Levitate + Wealthbox: What is the integration?
Levitate and Wealthbox integrate in order to simplify contact creation and management in Levitate. Without the integration, Levitate relies on a manual export of Wealthbox data to build the lists of contacts with whom you keep in touch. The Levitate + Wealthbox integration syncs your contacts twice daily so you can seamlessly nurture those relationships.
Who can utilize the Levitate + Wealthbox integration?
Levitate customers with an active subscription can utilize the Levitate + Wealthbox integration.
What does the integration do?
Levitate automatically pulls contacts, key facts, and tags from Wealthbox twice daily. Contact information includes first and last name, phone number, email address, preferred physical address, company and title, etc. We help keep your emails authentic with filtering and contact enhancement logic (nicknames replace first names, deceased clients are automatically removed, etc). Our system can also keep you from missing birthdays or important review dates.

*When connecting to Wealthbox, it is imperative that the connecting user is able to see all contacts that an account would like to see in Levitate.
What do we push back to Wealthbox?
When enabled Wealthbox allows Levitate to log notes, emails, logged phone calls, handwritten cards, and text messages. Accounts can choose to have all, some, or none of these written back to Wealthbox.
Enabling the Wealthbox Integration
Account-wide
Your Success Manager will enable the Wealthbox integration for your entire account on your initial onboarding call.
Once enabled, you’ll see a dashboard card that lets you know the Wealthbox Integration is available.
User-specific
Wealthbox allows for multi-user mapping, but we only have one user connect for syncing data and writebacks. The one connecting user must be an admin user in Wealthbox.
The contact import may take a few minutes or up to an hour, depending on the number of contacts. Users can navigate away from the loading page while the import continues in the background.
Once the initial sync has wrapped up, your Success Specialist can assist with mapping contacts to Levitate users, and getting tag and key fact, among other integration preferences set up.
General FAQ
Q: Do we push changes to contacts from Levitate back to Wealthbox?
A: No, Wealthbox is your CRM and remains your source of truth for contact info, we just read the contacts as you have them in Wealthbox.
Q: Can we pull custom fields from Wealthbox?
A: Yes. An administrator in Wealthbox has to create the field for it to be pulled. They can do this through Settings > Customizations > Custom Fields. From there, it will show up on the contact form when creating or editing. Once it's added, it'll be able to be pulled into Levitate. We can pull in custom fields as tags, and custom date fields as key facts.
Q: Can we connect multiple Wealthbox workspace to one Levitate account?
A: No, a Levitate account can only be connected to one Wealthbox workspace at a time. If the connected user has access to multiple workspaces in Wealthbox, we can only connect to their default workspace.
Wealthbox Contact Tag Exclusion FAQ
Q: Can I filter out or exclude contacts with specific tags from syncing?
A: To exclude certain contacts with specific tags from coming into Levitate, you will need to go to Levitate admin and find the account. From there open up the integration settings and edit “segment by tags” and exclude all tags and clients with those tags from syncing into Levitate from Wealthbox.
Q: How do I prevent certain Wealthbox contacts from being contacted in Levitate?
A: There are several approaches to ensure certain contacts don't receive communications:
1. Wealthbox Contact Status: Mark contacts as "Inactive" in Wealthbox. You can then filter by the "Inactive" tag in Levitate when building campaigns or automations.
2. Contact Type Filtering: Use Wealthbox Contact Types (Client, Past Client, Prospect) to organize contacts, then filter by these categories in Levitate campaigns
3. Levitate Suppression: Use Levitate's unsubscribe/suppression features to prevent specific contacts from receiving emails regardless of their Wealthbox status.
4. **Campaign Filtering:** When creating campaigns or automations in Levitate, use tag logic to exclude contacts with specific tags synced from Wealthbox.
