Ability to upload a custom image to handwritten cards

Work with your success specialist to upload custom images— photos, logos, or illustrations— to handwritten cards, in lieu of a Levitate created design. Read more about handwritten cards here.

Birthdays & Dashboard Cards

The birthday dashboard cards will now show up to 45 days out from the birthdate of the contact, in order to provide extra time when sending a handwritten card out for birthdays.

Event Registration

Use Levitate's new event registration feature to send event information to contacts, keep track of RSVPs, and send follow up messages based on response type.

Merge Fields

We will now pick up on {{email address}} to use the recipient's email address in the send.

Unsubscribe Check-ins

When email campaigns are spread out over a number of days, we will now evaluate the 'unsubscribe' tag before each send to ensure that we are not sending to contacts that have unsubscribed from communication between the time the message was scheduled and actually sent out.

Social Media

Leverage the power of AI to choose an image to add on to your social media posts— we are able to evaluate the text of the post to suggest these images to go along with your post.

Households

We've enhanced the interface around importing household information, for sending by household, to be more user friendly— and to allow for non-traditional name structures, like when sending to an office, more than two people, or folks with titles like Dr. that don't need to be addressed by first name.

Schedule a meeting

The confirmation message that sends out post-scheduling a meeting will now include the location specified for the meeting itself.
