Event Registration
Bring more than one plus-one
Now, when creating an event, the option for guests to bring more than one plus one is now available. A maximum amount of guests can be set— this is the maximum amount of plus ones that a guest can add to their RSVP. Plus ones will also count towards an event maximum, if there is one set.

AI + Keep In Touch
One off, smart key fact driven, AI crafted emails
When visiting a contact's profile, you'll now see a new button that says 'AI Email.' If you click this button, our AI assistant will create a unique, one off email to send to that contact. If there are upcoming key dates, like a birthday or renewal, those will be mentioned! A household connection to a spouse or partner can also be picked up in these emails!
Data Boards
Data Board tab on contact profile
Now, data from the policy board, donor board, and the opportunities board will show on the contact's profile. Beside the 'Connections' tab is a new 'Data Boards' tab to see more detailed information on their policies, donations, or other logged Levitate opportunities.

Salesforce + Levitate
API integration through Merge
Through our partnership with Merge, we've created an integration for Salesforce users, to simplify contact creation and management in Levitate. Without the integration, Levitate relies on a manual export of Salesforce data to build the lists of contacts with whom you keep in touch. The Levitate + Salesforce integration syncs your contacts twice daily so you can seamlessly nurture those relationships. Any account, in any industry, can access the integration.

Campaign End Dates
Set up time-sensitive campaigns
This update will use logic similar to our holiday sends– users can now set a hard stop date for any campaign going out, in the case of the campaign being time or date sensitive. This setting will not allow for the bypassing of daily or hourly send limits– these will remain– so if there are emails still left to send after this hard stop date, they will not send out.
When setting up a campaign send, the option to add a hard stop date will be under 'Advanced Options' when choosing how to schedule out the campaign.

Satisfaction Survey — new flow to get more Google reviews
We've updated the ability to set a better flow with Satisfaction Surveys, so that respondents leaving a high rating will be more likely to leave a Google review.
The user can choose which star ratings they want to push towards a Google Review, and which they'd like to receive internal feedback from.
For example, if a respondent leaves a four or five star review, they will see this page that will lead them directly to the Google Business profile to leave a review.

Wealthbox
Pull in custom dates from Wealthbox as key facts to Levitate
Previously, custom fields from Wealtbox could just be pulled in as tags. Now, we are able to recognize if a custom field contains a date so that it can be pulled in as a key fact in Levitate. These created key facts can be leveraged for outreach by using our custom dashboard cards.

Carrier + Policy Key Facts
Now, when a policy key fact is pulled from AMS360 into Levitate, carrier name will be brought in.
