Advanced Search: Filter by age
Now, instead of just searching by birthdate (MONTH/DAY) users are able to search by Key Fact 'Turning XX.'

Cancelling Automations: More options
More cancellation criteria options have been added to automations! Now, we're able to leverage tags (added and removed tags) when hoping to cancel next automation steps.

Automations: Steps by connection type
For AMS360, QQ Catalyst, and Hawksoft users, automation steps can now be selectively sent by connection type! Automations are still under the responsibility of the creator, i.e. if a action item is assigned, it'll be assigned to the creator, or if the contact does not have the connection type required, the creator will be the sender of the automation step.

Each step can be sent from a different connection type and they are available for automatically approved (YOLO) automations as well.
Send + Post Scheduling: Default to the top of the hour
Levitate has been set up, in the past, to randomize times to start sends; i.e. 12:06PM rather than 12:00PM or 1:00PM. We have made an enhancement, for both Social and Email, to get rid of the random minutes, since we spread out email messages anyway. This will allow for posting at a specific time on Social Media, to maximize engagement– and for more clarity when scheduling out an email at a certain time. Since email is set to send out over a period of time, the send will only begin on the :00 mark, and continue to send based on our set send cadences.
Renewals: Select multiple policy types
In Policy Renewal automations, multiple policies can now be selected per segment to save time when setting up on the backend!

Compliance: Allow for non-FIN clients to access + manage in Admin
At this point, members of the Success and Support team are able to request that 'compliance' features be turned on for non-FIN accounts. Now, when those features are enabled, they can be managed via the account's admin page.

HTML Newsletters: Create from Admin
On Levitate's end, our Content, Success, and Support team will now be able to create new HTML newsletters, social media posts, and email campaigns through the client's content calendar.

Autofill contact info when scheduling through contact profile
When setting up a meeting, users can now click the 'Calendar' icon on a contact profile. That will take them to internal meetings that are able to be scheduled, and when the meeting is selected, the contact's information will be autofilled!
Text Campaigns
Now, send out and schedule text message campaigns just like email campaigns! Currently, to create a text campaign you can go through the Contacts page, select who the text should go to, and choose "Send Text." From there, you can draft up a text to send, send it right away or schedule it out, and access the report of messages sent.
