AI Assistant Updates

We've updated our AI Assistant with a fresh design and a more conversational flow. Use AI to write and rewrite emails, create and rewrite social media content, reply to Google reviews, and create blog posts. The more conversational flow will allow you to see a full transcript on what you've worked on using the AI assistant on any given piece of content.

Tag Updates

Along with the Tag Management page accessed through Tags & Reports, Levitate users can now access a full list of their tags through the Contacts page.

Policy Board Updates

New Fields

We've added three new fields to the Policy Board— Commissions, Policy CSR, and Policy Producer. These three fields can be added via spreadsheet import or manually, one by one through the policy board.

Carrier Tags

A new setting that makes the carrier of each policy for a contact a tag on their profile is live! So, if you import a spreadsheet or manually add a policy to the policy board, the carrier of the policy can show as a tag for that contact.

Manually create contacts that share the same email address

We already have all integrated accounts set to not merge contacts by email address, to avoid unwanted merging. Spreadsheet imports can also be set up with Additional IDs to stop the merge.

Now, we've added the ability to create multiple contacts with the same email address manually through Levitate. Simply create a contact that has the same email address as another— there are no longer guardrails that keep you from doing this— and you will see a notification on the screen letting you know that one or more contacts are already associated with that email address.

End of Year Tax Letter - Donations Merge Field

By accessing donation data through the Donation Board, use our new {{Donations}} merge field to send a summary of giving to donors.
