January 2025 Releases

Social Media

Logo Overlay

Now, companies that use Levitate to post to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn can add their logo to Levitate. Levitate will automatically add it in the bottom corner of each image attached to a given social media post.

Generally, the best type of logo image to add is a PNG with a transparent background. On Levitate, a background can be added behind the logo, or can be left without a background like the original PNG. Levitate is not able to remove the background of an image.

Event Registration customization

Customize event registration forms and customer satisfaction surveys

Users can now add more customized questions when sending out an event registration form or a customer satisfaction survey through Levitate.

Users can add short answer, dropdown, or checkbox response questions to our Event Registration forms.

Users can add short answer prompts on Satisfaction Surveys and even have them prompted based on a user's star rating.

Coming soon: all three custom question types (dropdown, checkbox, and short answer) will be available on both Events and Surveys in early February.

Reporting for both Events and Surveys has been optimized to show these answers.

Event Registration and Satisfaction Surveys also now have separate reporting pages.

Levitate hosted blogs

Enhanced customization

If our Success or Support team has set up a Levitate hosted blog for your non-Levitate website, there are now more options for customizing the design of that hosted blog page to better match your main website.

Header images and footnote disclosures can be added, and elements like fonts and colors can be tweaked.

Blog customization guide coming soon!

Texting send limits

To best comply with new text message file send limits being enforced we've lowered the individual attachment limit to 1.7MB. Total attachments cannot exceed 3.5MB.

Following up on email campaigns

Now, Levitate users whose accounts have click tracking enabled are able to follow up to contacts that have or have not clicked a link or links in an email campaign send.

Read more about sending follow-ups via an already-sent campaign here.

Connecting a shared Office365 mailbox to Levitate

Now, users who would rather have a shared Office365 mailbox (that they have access to!) than their singular inbox connected to Levitate can do so! To enable this ability, get in touch with your Success Specialist or our Support team so the ability can be enabled on the backend.

Policy Boards

Sort by origination Date

Origination Date is a field that is able to be imported to Levitate and users can now filter by origination date when using the Policy Board.

Read more about Policy Boards here.

Business Hours

Edit sending hours day by day

Now, users are able to have their business hours (aka hours that email and text campaigns, as well as some automations observe before sending out) edited day by day. It was previously Mon-Thu, Fri, Sat, and Sun.

Custom Fields

Clickable links

Custom Fields added to Levitate contact profiles can now be clickable links. For example, a contact's LinkedIn URL can be added as a Custom Field and be made clickable through their contact profile for easy access.
