Texting Registration — New Process
Our Success and Implementation teams will now be vetting client’s websites before allowing them to register to text message to ensure that there’s a privacy policy and opt-in language available. Pre-vetting will cut down on registration failures and allow for our clients to text with more success.

Reschedule Link
There is a new merge field available for adding a Reschedule Link to calendar invites sent out to contacts that schedule a meeting through our Schedule a Meeting feature. The merge field can also be added to meeting reminder emails. This allows for clients to reschedule meetings on their own– without needing a new link or a lot of back and forth.
This feature can be used internally, for Levitate employees, and externally for Levitate clients.
Smart Key Facts
Key Facts have been enhanced to allow for better usage of the key fact data! We can now distinguish anniversaries like closing dates and wedding anniversaries, insurance policy renewals by date and policy type, and even household identifiers for spouses.
New fields for custom Lead Parsers
When creating a new custom lead parser, fields for multiple tags, key facts, and birthday key facts are now able to be added when making a custom lead parser.

Client Satisfaction survey + Google Review request redesign
When completing a client satisfaction survey, respondents with positive feedback are prompted to leave a Google review as well– we’ve updated our design to make this prompt and encouragement more apparent, so that our clickthrough rate to leave an actual Google Review is higher.

MyCase Integration
MyCase is an industry leading legal case management software that many Levitate legal customers use. We’ve built out a full API integration with MyCase to allow for instantaneous updates between Levitate and MyCase. The integration is easily enabled, and actively pushes all MyCase contacts into Levitate with tags, birthday key facts, and more.

Donor Boards
All Non-Profit accounts will be able to access Donor Boards as apart of our new Data Boards setup– we wanted to create a space for donations, donors, and donation data to be stored and displayed in Levitate for our non-profit accounts that collect donations.
Automation email step updates
Now, when setting up an automation, the existing ‘Always send this step from’ option will now include Current User and Contact Owner as options in addition to Connection Types. Also, Levitate users will now be able to send emails to themselves as part of an automation. To use this feature, there is a new setting in admin under automations called ‘Show Internal Send Option.’ Once that’s enabled, there is a new advanced option in the email step called ‘Send this email to an Internal User.’ This will work for all types of automations.

Meeting configuration updates
You can now make Comments required for meetings– this is a per meeting setting to configure. The label itself, ‘Comments,’ is also customizable– so if you want to require an address, or something else that is not by default on there, that can be added.
