Satisfaction Surveys

Now, when creating a Satisfaction Survey the creator can now add dropdown or checkbox questions in addition to a short answer question.

HTML Newsletter

Autosave Option

If you are creating an HTML newsletter and want to make sure that your work gets saved, even if you forget to manually hit 'Save,' you can now check the box to Autosave. This will automatically save your progress in increments so no important work is lost!


Save as a PDF

Now, Levitate users are able to download the HTML newsletters that they've created! If you click the 'Export' button, you'll be given the option to save the HTML newsletter as a PDF, or in HTML, to your computer.

Contacts

When viewing contacts in Levitate, they can now be sorted by the date they were created in or added to Levitate. Contacts can also be filtered by creation date using the Advanced Search feature.

Zapier

When connecting a source system to Levitate, you can now bring in birthdays as a key date through a Zap. As long as the source system has a field that shows us the birthday, it can be mapped to Levitate.


Currently we have tested and verified the ability to connect through AgencyBloc, Bloomerang, Stripe, PayPal, GiveLively, and HouseCall Pro. We cannot guarantee that Zapier will connect with any given source system that we have not verified.

Text Campaigns


Previously, there was a rule in place that kept two text campaigns from sending concurrently. This was causing issues around some campaigns not being started at all. The rule has been removed and now text campaigns are able to be started when another is running, and sent concurrently. This will not update or impact text send limits.

Opportunity Boards

Import opportunity data directly via spreadsheet


Now, data for an opportunity board can be imported via CSV spreadsheet!

Close Date

Company

Details

Opportunity Name

Opportunity Owner*

Opportunity Stage*

Primary Contact*


Starred fields are required fields— if the CSV is missing any or all of the starred fields, the spreadsheet will not import.


Currently, mass importing contacts that are already on the board in one stage will not move them to another stage— it will create duplicates.


Some finer details

  • Opportunity Owner must be the email address or ID of an existing user on the customer account
  • Primary Contact must be the email address or ID of an existing contact in the customer account. If an email address is given and no contact is found, we will attempt to create a contact with that email address.
  • Opportunity Stage must be the name of an existing stage on the board.
  • If Opportunity Name is not provided, we will default it to the name of the Primary Contact
  • If Company is provided, it must be the ID or the name of an existing Company in the customer account.

New Donation automation


The ability to kickoff an automation based on a new donation added to the Donation Board is now live. A donation can be added to the Donor Board via integration, spreadsheet import, or manually— and has to be dated within the last 14 days— to be considered a New Donation.


The ability to track and create workflows based on a New Donation can be toggled on by your Success Specialist or the Support team.

Data Boards

Opportunities, Donations, Policies


Each data board will now come with its own advanced reporting. If you have multiple opportunity boards each board will have its own advanced reporting. Access the reporting by clicking 'Check our advanced reporting' in the navigation for each board.

Text History


If you are a Super Admin on your account, you are able to export all text history from your account. To do so, you'll go to Tags & Reports > Text Report > Export All and the history will download as a spreadsheet.


Social Media


Posting intervals

Now, users are able to schedule social media content to post on the :00, :15, :30, and :45 minute marks.


Delete connections

Users are now able to go to their Settings and remove connections from any Social Media account connection they have tied to their user-account.


Households + Automations

Automations can now be started to send by Household. It is a box that will need to be checked per automation during setup.
