August 2024 Releases
MyCase
Custom Fields for tagging
We are now able to pull in custom fields from MyCase to be used for tagging. Custom Fields can be selected for tagging in the integration settings of the account, accessible to the Support and Success teams.
Social Media
My Templates
Now, like with email campaigns, users will have a 'MyTemplates' section for social media posts— these posts can also be shared with other users on the account.
Zapier + Payments
Using Zaps to push payment information into Levitate for Donation Boards
Now, we are able to add a donation through a Zap if the donation has been made through PayPal, Stripe, Give Lively, or Square. Just like with other Zaps, paying for Zapier may be required at a certain volume or level of use on the payment platform.
Focused Contact View
Focused Contact View will allow users to choose a cohort of contacts to narrow in on— we've replicated functionality from our Coffee CRM that will allow users to work through their chosen cohort one-by-one.

Tagging Game
Power User Mode
For accounts that have Email Subject Line import enabled, there is a new mode for the Tagging Game. This mode will allow users to categorize clients en masse, with their recent email subject line for reference. This will allow users with large groups of uncategorized contacts, being pulled from an email provider, to be tagged quickly.

Policies Board
New addition to our Data Boards
Our newest data board is centered around insurance policies. Initially, the policies board will only be available to non-integrated Levitate accounts, i.e. accounts that upload their data via spreadsheet. Imports and data refreshes will now also reflect on the account's policies board, along with manual entry and CSV import to the board itself— and they will now be the heart of policy and renewal data for users that have the feature enabled.
Read more about Policies Boards here.
Our next move with policies boards will be to pull in policy information from source systems like Hawksoft and AMS360.
Social Media
Post videos without audio
Now, our users are able to post videos to Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn that do not have audio. This change will look and feel seamless to our users, but we will ensure that all videos, regardless of if they have audio or not, are posted.
