Using Subject Lines for Tagging in Levitate
To help combat the (sometimes daunting task) of categorizing your contacts with tags, Levitate has the tagging game that allows you to quickly move through untagged and uncategorized contacts and add tags conveniently.
My contacts mostly come from my email inbox and history, how can I optimize this process?
Clients that are interested in using the tagging game to better categorize their contacts can have their success manager turn on our tool that pulls not just contact info, but previous subject lines, to show on the tagging game to jog your memory! We are even able to provide tag suggestions based on subject line matter. We are able to dive back about two years into your email history to pull these subject lines and contacts.
Members of the Support, Success, and Implementation team can also kick off an email import for specific users through Levitate's admin settings.
AI Mode
Now, users that have email subject line import enabled can tag contacts en masse using the tagging game. To do this, choose 'AI Mode' in the upper right corner of the Tagging Game. There, a list of contacts with email subject lines and multiple suggested tags will show, allowing the user to tag and select contacts in bulk for categorization.
How to get to the Tagging Game, and AI Mode
First, you'll login to Levitate, choose Contacts, and then choose 'Tagging Game.'
From there, you'll choose 'AI Mode'
Here, you'll see contacts based on Email Subject Lines— because we've turned on the ability to pull those into Levitate for better categorization.
Upon entering AI Mode you should see your contacts without tags, waiting to be categorized! The way the feature works, is that Levitate pulls in subject line matter from your emails with these contacts, and transforms those into tag suggestions for easy categorization.
