Survey Notifications

Levitate offers three survey types— Satisfaction, Event Registration, and Custom. Survey Notifications can be turned on per individual survey in each survey's settings.

For each survey, there will be a new section in settings called Notification Options where the toggle to Receive an email notification for each survey response can be turned on.

Satisfaction Survey

For the Satisfaction Survey type specifically, the creator of the survey can opt-in to receive a notification for all responses, or by star rating.

Event Registration & Custom Surveys

For Events and Custom Surveys, the option to receive responses can only be toggled on and off— there is no conditional option like with Satisfaction Surveys. Here's what it looks like:

All Survey types have a spot for adding additional email addresses to receive a notification for survey responses.
