September 2024 Releases

Applied Epic "Do Not Market" field

Now, if a contact has been marked with the 'Do Not Market' field in Applied Epic, that field will pull into Levitate and be marked as 'Unsubscribed.' That contact will not receive email campaign messages.

Failed text message delivery tracking

On the backend, we've improved our handling of failed text messages. We're working to see if it was a one time error that caused the failure, or if the recipient has opted out or if there is a permanent issue with the recipient's number itself. This handling will allow us to improve our failure tracking for text messaging, to provide a solution when needed.

Multiple emails for the CRM BCC function

Now, if you are using our CRM BCC function to write back to a CRM via email, more than one email can be added for write back. Previously, just one email was able to be added. Now, multiple email addresses can be added and separated either by a semi-colon or comma. To add another email, check out the 'Integrations' settings under your name in the upper right corner of the Levitate dashboard.

Pull in street address through a custom lead parser

Now, when pulling in contact info through a custom lead parser, Levitate is able to pull street address information, like street address 1 &2, city, state, and zip code. The best case scenario will be the address being separated by these fields in the email being read by the parser, so they'll be distinguished on Levitate, but if there is an address found it will be pulled regardless.

Campaign duplicate warning

Previously, a notification appeared when any user on one account used an email template more than once. Now, the duplicate campaign warning will show user to user. So a user will only get that notification if they've used the template before.

Zapier + Payments for Donor Board

Levitate users can now use Zapier to have payments taken through Stripe, Square, Give Lively, and PayPal logged on an account's Donor Board. The Donor Board allows for the account to keep track of donations and payments, to better help with outreach.

Zapier + HouseCall Pro

Levitate users that also use HouseCall Pro can now use Zapier to push contact information for scheduled jobs and/or completed jobs into Levitate to better keep up with jobs, kick off automations when a job has been scheduled or completed, and more. It's a straightforward pull of contact info like name, email address, phone number, and any tags from HouseCall Pro into Levitate. Levitate doesn't write back to HouseCall Pro.
