For customers using CRMs like SalesForce or Hubspot, Levitate has the ability to BCC the unique email provided by the CRM for each user, so that the contacts in the CRMs will also have the Levitate sent emails as a note/record.

To turn on the integration, go to "Integrations" under your name ont he top right, and click on "Manage Integration" under CRM BCC Integration.

Then, enter the unique email provided by your CRM that is your BCC email, and hit save.

Then, for every email campaign, you will see the additional option under Advanced Setting to turn on BCC.

Please note that this checkbox must be checked every time an email is sent or the BCC will not work.
