BCC CRM
For customers using a CRM like Hubspot, Levitate has the ability to BCC the unique email provided by the CRM for each user, so that the contacts in the CRMs will also have the Levitate sent emails as a note or record.
How to set up the BCC connection to your CRM
Navigate to the menu under your name in the upper right corner of the Levitate dashboard and choose Integrations.

From there, choose Manage Integration on the CRM BCC Integration card.

Then, enter the unique email provided by your CRM that is your BCC email, and click Save.
Multiple CRM BCC email addresses can be added here — they must be separated by semicolon or comma to be recognized as distinct email addresses.

Then, for every email campaign, you will see the additional option under Advanced Settings to turn on BCC.

Note: This checkbox must be checked every time an email is sent or the BCC will not work.
