Contact Visibility on Dashboard Cards

With the creation of handwritten cards, and the upcoming release of texting campaigns, we've allowed some more visibility of contacts that do not have email addresses and/or phone numbers on the dashboard cards for renewals and birthdays.

Previously, only contacts with and email address were visible for sending via dashboard card. Now, if a contact has an email address OR a physical address OR a phone number to text, will show as an available recipient.
