December 2023 Release Notes

Event Registration Follow-Up flow

When setting up an Event Registration survey, Levitate users are now able to set follow up messages to respondents, or all invitees, via the survey's reporting page. This works just like our campaign follow up flow— you can choose to send to everyone, those who have responded 'yes' or 'no,' or those who haven't responded.

Handwritten Cards: CSV Enhancement

To allow for non-traditional names on handwritten card labels, we've made a small enhancement around the CSV files that can be uploaded for the sole purpose of sending out handwritten cards. You can name a column 'address name' in order to send to an office i.e. "The Real Magic Team," a family "The Smith's," or more than two names i.e. "Charlie and Lucy Brown & Snoopy the Dog." This allows for more individualization when sending.

Text Message Reporting

Admins on accounts are now able to access text message (inbound and outbound messages) reporting via the Tags & Reports page. Clicking on the text message reporting tile will automatically kick off a CSV download of the past 30 days in texting, for all numbers on your account.

We are working on adding more options for this— to choose a timeframe, a sender or recipient, etc. to narrow in on texting errors, or for archival purposes.

Read more about text message reporting here.

City, State, Zip Code as a tag

All integrated Levitate users are now able to make a contact's city, state, and zip code as a tag on their contact profile. Levitate success specialists and support team members can toggle on/off.

UI Refresh

We've made our UI, for our users and internal employees, more uniform with our design refresh!

Google Business profile: integration card

Levitate success team members and support team members can now access the Google Business profile integration card via admin to disable and enable if needed.

Turning 73

The required minimum age for retirement distribution recently changed, from 72 to 73. We've created a 'Turning 73' dashboard card option for our financial, and other interested clients.

Read about Turning 72 & Turning 73.

Connection Types

For AMS 360 and QQ Catalyst users, we can now send in regards to different connection types. For these two, we are now able to observe more than just ownership, and send by CSR, producer, representative, or writer. Users can also choose to send different automation steps by connection type.

Read more about connection types here.

Next Meeting Date

When Levitate success team members schedule a meeting with one of their accounts, the next meeting date will automatically populate onto the account's admin page. Only meetings set with their assigned success specialist will show on the admin page.

Remove contacts from follow ups

When sending out a follow-up campaign, Levitate users are now able to manually remove recipients from the follow-up without having to start a new campaign from scratch.

Send limits and limitation updates

In line with new requirements set by Google, Levitate has implemented a 5,000 per day account wide send limit for each account. Each account's unique per email daily send limits will remain, but the 5K limit will ultimately trump those limits— so sending will be stopped at whichever limit is hit first.

Read more in-depth info on these limitations here.

Email digest design update

To better match our Client Happiness dashboard, the Levitate digest email has been redesigned to visually match the user dashboard and provide notifications based on new features and updates.
