My Calendar
My Calendar is a single page that brings together all of your scheduled meetings, hosted events, and action items in one view. Instead of switching between separate areas of Levitate to see what's on your plate, you can get a full picture of your upcoming commitments in one place.

Accessing My Calendar
Navigate to Calendar in the main navigation. The page loads at #/calendar and defaults to the current date in month view.
Calendar Views
Three views are available — switch between them using the controls at the top of the page.
Month view
Shows a full month at a glance with all items placed on their respective dates. Use this view to get a broad sense of busy periods and to spot any scheduling gaps.
Week view
Displays a seven-day span with items laid out by day. This is useful for reviewing the week ahead in more detail and seeing how individual days compare.
Day view
Focuses on a single day and lists every item scheduled for that date. Use this when you need a precise read of what's happening on a specific day.
Type Legend
Items on the calendar are color-coded by type so you can tell at a glance what kind of item each entry is — for example, a scheduled meeting looks different from a hosted event or an action item. A legend at the top of the page identifies what each color represents.
User Picker
If you have Admin access to the account, a user picker appears on the calendar page. Select any user from the picker to view that person's calendar instead of your own. This lets Admins check availability, review upcoming commitments, or assist with scheduling for other members of the team.
Shareable and Bookmarkable URLs
The current view (month, week, or day) and the selected date are reflected in the URL whenever you navigate the calendar. This means you can copy the URL from your browser to share or bookmark a specific view — anyone you share it with will land on the same view and date you were looking at.

Q: Can I create or edit items directly from My Calendar?
