Admins in Levitate can now update user login email addresses

Now, if you're an admin+ user in Levitate, you're able to go to your admin settings and edit the 'login' email addresses for all the users on your account (including yourself!) This will be helpful if you change your domain or someone has a name change that reflects in their email address. Previously, only Support was able to update a user's login email address.

Bypass Email Connection

Users that are not able to connect to Levitate through email due to a number of factors like compliance restrictions or email connection issues are now able to access Levitate without inbox connection. These users are still able to send emails through a Levitate domain and server, or just access other features, content, and tools without sending directly through Levitate. This feature can be enabled through a Support request.

"Send to all"

New setting to default the option to 'Send to All' contacts when sending out a campaign. The default being to send to 'Contacts I own' caused many users to only send to a small group of contacts, rather than the full book of contacts. Setting can be turned on and off, default can be changed.

Custom Fields

Users can now add in Custom Fields through spreadsheet import. Read more here!

Tag Updates

Tag design has been refreshed, in addition to tag functionality! See a populated list of tags while adding text and searching tags. Users will also see their favorited tags, recently used tags, and the option to create a new tag if what they're searching for is not matched.

API Key Generation

Levitate users can now access Levitate's API key for Zapier connection. Read more here!

Duplicate contact support

Levitate can now display multiple contacts with a singular email address, without merging into one contact. Read more here!

Content Calendar monthly view

Levitate users, and Levitate team members, are now able to see the Content Calendar on a monthly view (rather than weekly or quarterly!)

Website Tier

If a Levitate account is also a website account, the website account type is now listed and visible on the account's admin profile.
