New Happiness Dashboard

This week we turned on the Happiness Platform for internal accounts. To find this update, log into your account and click on "Dashboard" in the navigation menu on the left-hand side of your screen. This new layout highlights satisfaction scores and pulls in real data from accounts (total emails sent, total texts sent and other cool stats!).

Note that dashboard cards are now condensed in the top right hand corner of your dashboard view.
This isn't the full vision of the happiness platform.  In the future, we will be adding more features like a social media card with suggested campaigns and high level reporting as well as a client love card.

We'll evaluate performance and behavior over the next few days before working on a roll out plan that will start with new customers and eventually roll out to all. We'll provide a good heads up especially before enabling it for existing customers.

Post Summaries on Social Media Templates

We have an update to social media that automatically displays post summary text when choosing a social media template from our library.

In Levitate Admin, there is a post summary section on campaign templates.  This feature isn't new. Our teams have been using this summary section to let people know what a template is about and where and how to use it.

Now,  you will see this summary appear on published templates within the Levitate app. There should be a lightbulb indicator and the content of the summary displayed under the post title (and under the expiration date if one exists). Note that this should not appear on a saved draft or on scheduled posts in reports.

To find this feature navigate to campaigns, click on the social media tab and select a campaign that has a post summary (post summaries are added in levitate admin).

Change Social Media Post Targets

We have an update for social media that allows the adding or removing of post targets for scheduled social media posts.   Now, in edit mode on scheduled and draft posts you are able to check and uncheck the social media platforms through which you wish to share your campaign.

To use this feature, navigate to either a scheduled social media post by going to the content calendar and selecting a scheduled social media post that you own, then checking and unchecking desired post targets, or by selecting a draft post from the social media section of campaigns.  Note that when creating a social media post you can now save the draft without selecting a social media site to post to.

Post Multiple Social Media Posts at Once

We have a new social media feature that gives you the ability to add up to 5 images to any social media post. These will appear with approximations on how they will be viewed on each social platform on the preview on the right hand side of your screen. To use this feature navigate to campaigns and create or open a social media post.  Click Upload an image and upload an image.  You will now be able to add up to 5 images.

We have an update to emailing that adds our pre-existing company merge field to the submenu items in our merge field toolbar options.  Now, to add a company merge field to an email you can simply hover over the contact option in the merge field drop down in your email composer, then find "Company Name" and click. To use this feature, navigate to any email composer view (create or edit campaign, send email within an automation, etc.)and click on the merge fields' toolbar. Company name is listed in the contact merge field submenu.

New Time Slots for Our Schedule Meeting Feature

We have an update to the meeting scheduler.  Previously with the Schedule a Meeting feature, meeting times were shown in 30 minute intervals.  Now users have a variety of options for when meetings can start.  On the hour, 15 minutes in, 20 minutes in, etc.  You can customize your time slots in advanced settings in your edit meeting modal.

To use this feature, navigate to schedule a meeting, create or edit a meeting, click on the advanced settings and you'll see toggle options as you do in the screenshot below.

Social Media Post Preview in Levitate Admin

We have added a popout modal in the edit campaigns view of levitate admin, to help users preview social media posts.   This popout modal will make it easier for content writers to have a quick visual of how multiple images will look across platforms.  To use this feature, navigate to Levitate Admin under campaigns. View a social campaign with content. Click the preview button on the bottom right of that section. The preview modal showing the same view that we use in campaigns browser will appear.

Send On Behalf Option for Manual and Tag Triggered Automations

We have an update to automations that allows admins to start manual and tag automations on behalf of contact owners or a specific user. This requires accounts to opt-in before they can use this feature. To use this feature, navigate to the contacts page in Levitate. Select one or more contacts and then click "Start Automations" from the horizontal toolbar towards the top of the contacts' list. From here you can select a manual or tag triggered automation to send on behalf of someone else.

You can opt-in by navigating to account settings found in Levitate admin under automations as seen in the screenshot below.

Pulling In Related Contacts From Clio

We've added a new "Related Contacts" setting to Clio integration settings.  In Clio sometimes there are contacts associated with a matter that are not clients.  We now have a way to pull this specific type of non client into Levitate.  This new setting allows us to pull in anyone who's marked as a related contact on a matter. You can find this feature by navigating to Levitate Admin, then to integrations.  Click on "manage" for an enabled Clio integration and go to settings.  You will see the new setting under "related Contacts". If Non-Clients are disabled, but Related Contacts are enabled, then we will load those contacts that have an associated matter (even if they are not the primary client).  Click here to learn more about our Clio Integration.

When enabled two additional tags may now be associated with a Clio contact: We add a "Related Contact" tag for any contact that has associated matters where they're not primary. We add a "Matter: {Display Number}" tag across the board for both clients and related contacts as seen in the screenshot below.

User Role Setting in Opportunities

We've updated the Opportunities setting in Levitate Admin to allow you to assign a user role to your opportunities setting.  Any user below that role you assign will only be able to see their own opportunities. For example:  If I am an Admin and I set Opportunities to Super Admin, I will now only see opportunities I have created.  If I set that role to either Admin or User, I will then see account wide opportunities.  To find this feature, navigate to Levitate Admin, then to settings.  You will see the drop down for User role below the Opportunities setting as pictured in the screenshot below. Click here to learn more about opportunities.

AMS360 and Redtail Texting Digests

We are now writing back both outbound and inbound texts to AMS360 and Redtail (users will see text replies in addition to texts sent). See the below screenshots to view where writebacks will be visible inside of both integrations.
