Texting Automations
Levitate Texting Automations enables users to initiate conversations with their customers. This way, no connection slips through the cracks!
Setting up your Texting Automation
Click the Automations tab on the right-hand navigation bar
Click the Create New Automation button in the top right corner
Click the Texting Automation button
Begin editing the automation
Please note that you are required to confirm that contacts have opted to receive your text messages.
Craft the text message that you'd like to initiate the conversation. Once a text message has been sent via this automation, you will continue chatting in the texting section of Levitate .
Similar to our emails, we will replace the "first name" with the recipient's actual first name, and we will also insert the sender's name and company in case you want to enable this automation for all employees. Please note that the initial text of each step will include "opt out" verbiage. If a recipient responds with "stop", they will not longer be included in Levitate text messages.
As well, you can chose to include an email message for recipients with no phone number on file.

For birthday, new client, new lead, and renewal automations, you can add Texting as a step.

If an employee does not have a texting number assigned, a backup email will be used.
