Volunteer Management

The Volunteer Management module is now available. You can create activities with shifts, build signup surveys to collect volunteer preferences, manage your day-of roster, check volunteers in as they arrive, and view reporting across all activities. Everything from signup through check-in is handled inside Levitate.

Action Items Redesign

Action Items has a new page that organizes your tasks by day, a focus mode that surfaces what needs your attention right now, and a quick-add bar so you can capture tasks without leaving the view. Items now carry a priority level and an optional due time alongside their date, and you can complete, reschedule, reassign, or delete up to 100 items at once. Notes & Actions has been restyled to match.

Website Self-Editing

Account users can now edit their Levitate-built website from inside the app at a level configured for your account. You can further control which user groups can make changes through your user group permissions settings. This applies to editing an existing site; creating a new site is handled separately.

AI-Powered Automation Routing

Automation switch steps can now route contacts using a natural-language AI prompt rather than structured filters alone. You describe the routing condition in plain language and the AI evaluates each contact against it, drawing on their full profile and your account's data board context.

Charts in AI-Generated Documents

The AI chat can now include charts in the PDF, PowerPoint, and Excel documents it produces. Charts in PowerPoint and Excel are native editable objects, not images, so you can adjust them after download. Ask Lev also gains the ability to generate downloadable documents for the first time.

Email Executive for Team Mailboxes

The Email Executive Assistant brief can now monitor your colleagues' mailboxes alongside your own. You can point it at specific team members or at everyone on the account, and each brief item is attributed to the inbox it came from.

AI Document Classification

Levitate can now classify uploaded documents without reading their content — text is extracted and stripped of identifying information before the AI sees it, so the model returns a document type without ever holding your client's data. When the feature is enabled, files received from contacts via file request, survey upload, or inbound text are classified automatically on arrival. You can also maintain an expected-documents checklist for each contact and Levitate will match incoming files against it through the AI assistant as they arrive.

Email Reply for All Providers

You can now reply to emails in a thread from inside Levitate whether your mailbox is Gmail or Microsoft. Previously this was only possible in one specific Gmail flow.

My Images Folders

You can now organize your image library into folders and assign images to more than one folder at a time. The image picker in the post composer shows the same folder rail so you can browse by location when composing. A bulk assignment option in the selection bar makes it easy to file many existing images at once.

Custom Survey Submitted Automation Trigger

Submitting a custom survey can now directly enroll the respondent in an automation. Previously, only event registration surveys had a first-class trigger; all other survey types needed to write a completion tag and use a tag trigger as an indirect step.

Approval Revision History

Revising a piece of content after it has been rejected no longer replaces the original approval request. Rejection notes and reviewer decisions from each round are preserved on the document, and the revised piece reopens for review in place instead of requiring a new submission.

Secure File Requests in More Places

You can now send and request secure files from the Outlook plugin compose pane without leaving your email client. The email signature editor also gains a file request merge field, so any email you send can include a link for contacts to upload files securely.

Donation Import Notifications

Levitate now sends you an email when a donation import finishes, whether it succeeded or encountered errors. If rows were skipped during validation you will see that in the notification, so you no longer need to check import results manually to catch failures.

Improved Campaign Compliance Checking

The campaign compliance checker can now read privacy policy and terms pages that require JavaScript to render. Pages that previously returned inconclusive results because they could not be fetched statically are now checked in full.

Job Board Total Filter

The Service Jobs data board now has a Total filter, letting you narrow service jobs by dollar amount. Open Data Boards, select Service Jobs, and use the Total dropdown to filter by range.

Contact File Delete Confirmation

Deleting a file from a contact now shows a confirmation dialog, and warns you if the file may still be in use elsewhere. The delete option is also now available for sent files, not just received ones.

AI Email Step in Automations

You can now add an AI email step to any automation. Instead of writing a fixed subject and body, you give the step a prompt and Levitate writes a personalized email for each recipient when the automation runs.

Meeting Prep in the App

Meeting Prep briefs now have a home inside Levitate. A new dashboard row surfaces your next upcoming meeting, and you can open the full brief, scroll through past ones, and ask follow-up questions in a chat scoped to each brief.

Secure Files in Text Campaigns

You can now send secure file download links and request file uploads from recipients inside a bulk text campaign. The option already existed for individual texts and email campaigns; it now works in the text campaign composer too, with an automatic toggle when attached files exceed the inline SMS size limit.

Survey Respondent Contact Collection

Satisfaction surveys taken via QR code can now collect respondent contact information before the star rating. Survey authors can add name, email, phone, birthday, and address fields and mark each one optional or required, so anonymous QR responses no longer have to stay anonymous.

Ask Lev in Outlook: Conversation History

Ask Lev in the Outlook plugin now keeps a full conversation history. You can browse and resume any previous conversation, rename conversations, and run several queries at the same time — matching what was already available on the web.

Levitate Sites: Third-Party Embeds

The embed element in Levitate Sites now accepts any HTTPS URL, so you can embed third-party tools like Calendly, Typeform, or Eventbrite alongside your Levitate content. Embedded tools run in a sandboxed frame so visitors stay on your site.

Job Board Tags for Home Services

Home-services accounts can now have contacts automatically tagged with job history data: last job type, last job date, revenue brackets, and job count. The tags update from your job board and let you build campaigns and segments based on actual service history.

Survey Editor Improvements

Survey answer choices can now be dragged into any order instead of staying in the order they were created. The image picker in event registration and donation survey editors now includes a My Images tab so you can reuse saved images without re-uploading.

Subadmin Meetings Board Access

Subadmins can now view other users' meetings on the meetings board, extending the team-visibility access they already had on the contacts page and My Calendar view.

September 8

AI Auto-Reply to Google Reviews

You can now configure Levitate to automatically post AI-generated replies to incoming Google reviews. Choose to auto-reply when a review meets a star threshold you set, let the AI decide on its own, or keep manual approval for all replies. Reviews that were answered automatically are marked in the reviews report and reply modals.

Inbox Assistant on Mobile

The Inbox Assistant is now available in the Levitate mobile app. You can read your brief on the go and receive a push notification when a new brief is ready.

Meeting Prep Chat

Delivered Meeting Prep briefs now include a follow-up chat. You can ask questions about your upcoming meeting, dig deeper into contacts or calendar details, and get context pulled directly from the brief without leaving it.

Survey Submission Automations

Automations can now start directly when someone submits a custom survey or website form. You no longer need a tag as an intermediate step — the survey or form itself is the trigger.

Satisfaction Survey Contact Collection

Satisfaction surveys shared via QR code or anonymous link can now ask respondents for their contact details. Name, email, phone, birthday, and address are all available to collect, and each completed response is attributed to a contact in Levitate.

Meeting Type Descriptions

Meeting types can now include a description that appears to contacts on the booking page. This helps contacts tell similar meeting links apart before choosing a time, and the description is set from your meeting type settings.

Email Template Chooser

The template picker now has a My Templates and Levitate Library switch that stays visible while you search, so your templates and the Levitate library are never mixed together. Templates show an email preview instead of blank cards, more results load as you scroll, and a clear message appears when a search finds nothing.

The email report now has a search box so you can find a sent campaign by its title or subject line instead of scrolling through the full list.

Content Calendar AI Improvements

You can now attach files to the Generate Content Plan form so the AI can reference your materials when building the calendar. The writing instructions field accepts up to 20,000 characters with a live counter, the chat input now supports attachments and voice, and the generated calendar spans whole calendar months and opens with an account summary.

Email Opened Automation Condition

Email automation steps can now take a conditional action when a recipient opens the email. You can find the new option under conditional actions when editing an email step.

Automation Click Rate

Automation reports now show an average click rate alongside open and reply rates. The ring appears only when click tracking data is available for that automation, so most automations are unchanged.

Meeting Reminder Timing

Meeting reminder automations can now run a step a set number of days after the meeting is booked, not only at booking time or relative to the meeting date. This makes it easy to schedule a follow-up or intake form in the days after a booking.

Write with AI in Campaign Scheduler

The Write with AI refine flow is now available in the multi campaign scheduler. Each row has a Write with AI option so you can adjust content before scheduling.

Survey Numeric Question Visibility

Survey question visibility rules now support numeric comparisons. You can show a follow-up question when a rating or NPS score falls at or below a threshold you choose, rather than listing every individual value that should trigger it. Visibility rules now also survive editing, section duplication, and survey cloning.

Facebook Mentions in Social Posts

You can now mention Facebook Pages in social posts for any connected social media account. This was previously unavailable without a manual configuration step.

Browse All Tags When Adding a Tag

The Add Tag popover now shows every tag in your account in an alphabetical list when the field is empty. You can scroll through all tags and pick any of them, rather than relying on your favorites and recent searches alone.

Contact Visibility Control

The visibility control is now directly on the contact page. You can see and change a contact's visibility without opening Edit Profile.

Texting Campaign Composer Navigation

The back arrow in the texting campaign composer now returns to the previous screen with your campaign title, message, attachments, recipients, and filters preserved. On the first screen, the arrow closes the composer as before.

Email Exec Brief Chat Settings

While reviewing an Email Exec brief, you can now ask the chat to update your monitored keywords and noise-to-ignore settings without leaving the conversation. The chat can read your current settings and save new ones on the spot.

Outlook Category Triage

For Microsoft 365 accounts, the AI email triage can now assign Outlook categories to messages as part of its triage action. This lets triage apply categories your existing Outlook rules already match on, so messages are filed without Levitate moving or deleting anything.

Custom Agent Builder Confirmation

When the Custom Agent Builder proposes changes to a chatbot setup, it now presents an itemized approval card with approve and decline controls rather than asking in plain text. You can review exactly what will change before approving.

Native Surveys on Levitate Websites

Custom surveys now render as native form fields on Levitate-hosted websites instead of appearing in an embedded iframe.

Facebook Page Feed on Levitate Websites

Levitate-hosted websites can now include your Facebook page feed directly on a page, so visitors can browse your recent posts without leaving your site.

Bulk Opportunity Board Delete

You can now delete up to 5,000 opportunity board cards at once, up from the previous limit of 1,000. Boards that were too large to clean up fully can now be cleared in a single operation.

10DLC Compliance Review Accuracy

The 10DLC compliance review is now more accurate at predicting whether a campaign will be approved by carriers. It now reads opt-in pages in full rather than head-only, uses a headless browser for pages whose forms are drawn by script, and checks the five disclosure requirements it was previously missing.

Outlook Plugin File Attachments in Notes

When you send a tracked email from the Outlook plugin with files attached as secure links, those files now appear in the note Levitate creates from the BCC. Download counts and timeline events for the links are also attributed correctly.

Service Job Contact Tags

Levitate now automatically tags your contacts based on their service job history, so you can segment customers by what work you've done for them, when, and how much. Tags cover job status, the type and date of the most recently completed job, and a full set of revenue and history tags — including lifetime revenue, yearly revenue, largest job, job count, and which years a customer was serviced. These tags update with every job sync and work in searches, automations, and campaigns like any other contact tag.

AI Step in Automations

You can now add an AI step to your automation sequences. This makes it possible to incorporate AI into automated workflows alongside your existing steps.

When sharing a file link, you can now choose whether to create a timeline event for it. This gives you more control over what gets recorded in the contact timeline.
