Translating Levitate Content

Levitate offers two ways to reach contacts in a language other than English: a set of languages that Levitate's email template library is already translated into, and on-demand translation of your own content using Ask Lev, Levitate's AI assistant.

Supported Languages for Levitate's Email Templates

Levitate's email template library is available in the following languages, in addition to the original English content. This applies to email templates only — HTML newsletters and social post templates are not included.

  • Arabic
  • Chinese (Simplified)
  • Chinese (Traditional)
  • French
  • German
  • Hindi
  • Italian
  • Japanese
  • Korean
  • Polish
  • Portuguese
  • Punjabi
  • Russian
  • Spanish
  • Vietnamese

Note: Translated templates require the translation feature to be enabled on your account. It's turned on automatically for accounts on the Business plan and above; on other plans, a Levitate admin needs to enable it — contact your Success Manager if you don't see the option described below. This feature is not available on Cetera broker-dealer accounts, and it only appears in the standard campaign editor, not when editing an automation step.

Using a Translated Template

When you select an eligible Levitate email template in the campaign editor, look for a Translate to: dropdown. Choose a language from the list and Levitate swaps in the pre-translated version of that template.

Translating Your Own Content with Ask Lev

For content you've written yourself, or a language outside the list above, you can ask Ask Lev to write or translate it for you. Ask Lev can produce content in most languages — just ask it to translate an existing message, or to write new content directly in the language you need.

To open Ask Lev, click the Ask Lev button in the toolbar — it's available throughout the app.

Note: Ask Lev requires AI content generation to be enabled on your account. This isn't tied to a specific plan — contact your Success Manager if it's not available.

Note: We highly recommend having someone fluent in the target language review AI-translated content for accuracy, tone, and syntax before sending it. AI translation can miss context, idioms, or nuance that only a fluent speaker would catch.
