Blog Reporting

Note: The Blogs reporting page is available only for accounts with the Blog feature enabled. If you don't see this page, contact your Customer Success Manager to learn more.

The Blog Report page gives you a central view of every blog post associated with your account — scheduled, published, or otherwise — so you can track what's gone out, what's coming up, and who authored each post.

Accessing the Blog Report

Navigate to Reporting in the main menu, then select Blog Report. The page lists all blog posts for your account, and includes a Create Blog Post button so you can start a new post without leaving the report.

Blog Report page listing scheduled and published blog posts with filter controls

What you see

Each row in the list represents one blog post and shows:

  • Blog Title — the name of the post.
  • Status — whether the post is Scheduled or Published.
  • Created On — the date the post was created.
  • Published On — the date and time the post was published (shown once it's live).
  • Author — the team member who created or owns the post.

The list uses infinite scroll — as you reach the bottom, older posts load automatically without pagination controls.

Filtering the list

Use the filter controls at the top of the page to narrow the list:

  • Filter By — show only Scheduled posts, only Published posts, or all posts (default).
  • Select date range — show posts whose created or published date falls within a chosen range.
  • Sent by [Employee] — show posts by a specific team member, or all employees (default).

Filters can be combined. To reset, clear each filter individually or reload the page.

Opening a post in the editor

Click any row in the list to open that post directly in the blog editor, where you can review or update the content, adjust the publish date, or make any other changes.

XML feed

A link to your blog's XML feed is available on the Blogs reporting page. You can share this URL with readers who use RSS or Atom readers to follow your posts, or use it to syndicate your content to other platforms.
