Brand Settings
Brand Settings is the central place in Levitate to manage your organization's visual identity. From here, you can configure the logo, colors, fonts, and other branding elements that appear across your emails, surveys, and content.
To access Brand Settings, go to Settings and select Brand Settings from the menu.

Setting Up Your Logo
There are two ways to add your logo in Brand Settings: you can apply the logo already stored in your Admin account, or let Levitate automatically discover your brand assets from your website.
Apply Your Existing Logo
If your organization's logo is already saved in your Admin account preferences, you can bring it into Brand Settings in one step. Click the Apply existing logo button and Levitate will pull the logo directly from your account — no need to re-upload the file.
AI Auto-Discovery
If you haven't uploaded a logo yet, or you'd like Levitate to find your brand assets automatically, use the AI auto-discovery flow. Enter your website URL and Levitate will scan your site to identify your logo and brand colors. Before applying anything, Levitate will present your Admin account logo for confirmation — if that looks right, you can confirm it without waiting for the website scan to complete. If no Admin logo is on file, the flow falls back to the assets found on your website.
Other Brand Elements
In addition to your logo, Brand Settings lets you configure colors and fonts used across your Levitate content. Keeping these consistent ensures that emails, surveys, and other materials your contacts receive all reflect your organization's identity.
