AI Branding Assistant

The AI Branding Assistant helps Levitate automatically match your brand's colors, fonts, and visual style when generating content. Instead of manually setting brand preferences every time, you give the Assistant your website URL or upload a brand image and it extracts your palette and style for use across emails, social posts, and other content.

Accessing the AI Branding Assistant

The AI Branding Assistant is available in your account settings. Navigate to Settings > Brand and look for the AI Branding Assistant section.

Auto-Discover from Website URL

The fastest way to set up your brand profile is to point the Assistant at your website. It fetches your site, extracts the dominant colors and typography, and proposes a brand palette for your review.

  1. In the AI Branding Assistant section, enter your website URL in the Website URL field.
  2. Click Discover Brand. The Assistant analyzes your site (this typically takes a few seconds).
  3. Review the proposed colors and font suggestions.
  4. Click Apply to save the brand profile, or adjust individual values before saving.

Note: The auto-discover works best on sites with a clear, consistent visual identity. If your site uses a third-party page builder or loads content dynamically, the extraction may be incomplete — in that case, use the image upload fallback below.

Image Upload as Fallback

If auto-discovery doesn't capture your brand accurately — or if you don't have a public website — you can upload a brand image (your logo, a brand guidelines screenshot, or any image that represents your visual identity) and the Assistant will extract colors and style from it instead.

  1. In the AI Branding Assistant section, click Upload Image.
  2. You can paste an image from your clipboard, drag and drop a file onto the upload area, or click Browse to select a file from your device.
  3. Supported formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, WEBP. Maximum file size: 10 MB.
  4. Once uploaded, click Extract Brand. The Assistant proposes a brand palette based on the image.
  5. Review and click Apply to save.

If your account already has a logo configured but no Logo brand image has been saved yet, an Apply existing logo button appears in the Brand Images section of Brand Settings. Clicking it copies your account logo directly into Brand Settings — no re-upload needed.

What the AI Extracts

Depending on the source (website or image), the Assistant extracts some or all of the following:

  • Primary and accent colors — the dominant brand colors used across your site or image
  • Background and text colors — for readable contrast in generated content
  • Font suggestions — heading and body font pairings that match your brand's typographic style

These values populate your brand profile in Levitate and are used by AI content generation features when creating on-brand emails and social posts.

FAQs

Q: Can I edit the extracted brand values manually?

A: Yes. After the Assistant proposes a palette, you can click any color swatch or font field to change the value before applying. You can also return to Settings > Brand at any time to adjust your profile.

Q: Does the AI Branding Assistant update automatically if I redesign my website?

A: No. The extraction is a one-time snapshot. If you update your website's look, return to the AI Branding Assistant and run auto-discover again to refresh the brand profile.

Q: Who can access the AI Branding Assistant?

A: The Branding Assistant is available to account admins. Standard users can view the current brand profile but cannot change it.
