Digest emails are notification emails sent to keep you informed when there are items in Levitate that need your attention. These emails help ensure nothing important slips through the cracks by summarizing key activity and reminders from your dashboard.

When Are Digest Emails Sent?

Digest emails are only sent when there is relevant activity on your dashboard. If there’s nothing requiring your attention, you won’t receive a digest email.

You will receive a digest email if you have any of the following:

  • Client feedback
  • Unread text messages
  • Upcoming birthdays
  • Pending campaigns
  • Pending automations
  • Upcoming policy renewals
  • Contacts turning 65
  • Contacts turning 72
  • New Google Reviews
  • Keep In Touch Contacts

If none of these items are present on your dashboard, no digest email will be sent.

Troubleshooting: Not Receiving Digest Emails

If you’re not receiving digest emails, here are a few things to check:

  • Check your dashboard activity: Digest emails are only sent if you have at least one qualifying item (listed above).
  • Review spam or junk folders: Emails from mailer@appmail.levitate.ai may be filtered by your email provider.
  • Add the sender to your safe list: This helps ensure future emails are delivered to your inbox.
  • Confirm your settings: Your digest email frequency may have been reduced or disabled.
