What is the AI Website Assistant?
The AI Website Assistant is a chat-based tool you can add to your website to engage visitors in real time. Instead of static forms or long pages of content, it creates a conversational experience that helps guide potential clients—whether they’re asking questions or ready to take the next step.
There are two primary ways businesses are using the AI Assistant:
Lead Intake & Qualification
The Assistant can ask questions, gather key details, and help determine whether a prospect is a good fit before you ever speak with them.
Education & FAQs
The Assistant can answer questions using trusted sources you provide—like your website or specific documents—so prospects can get clear, consistent information anytime.

Who can use the Website AI Assistant?
The AI Assistant is currently available to:
- Prestige Levitate clients
- Prestige Web clients (excluding standalone web-only clients)
You do not need to have a Levitate-built website to use the AI Assistant. If you’re on Prestige Core Levitate, you can still take advantage of this feature.
Where does it appear?
The AI Assistant can be added to your site in a few different ways:
- As a chat popup in the corner of your website, through HTML embedding
- As a full-screen experience accessed through a dedicated link or button

How does it work?
Think of the AI Assistant as a custom-built AI trained specifically for your business.
It does not browse the internet. Instead, it only pulls from sources you approve, such as:
- Your website
- Uploaded documents
- Specific web pages or resources you want it to reference
This ensures responses stay accurate, relevant, and aligned with your business.
Lead Intake & Automation
When used for intake, the AI Assistant turns a traditional form into a conversation. Instead of filling out boxes, prospects can simply chat (or even speak) their responses.

The Assistant can:
- Collect basic contact information
- Ask qualifying questions
- Capture important details about the inquiry
Once the intake is complete, it can automatically:
- Send you an instant email notification
- Create a new contact in Levitate with a tag
- Trigger automations– like an email or text message to the visitor
- Add the lead to an Opportunity Board to support your prospect to client pipeline
It can also allow prospects to book a meeting directly within the chat, using Levitate’s Schedule a Meeting feature.
Customization Options
The AI Assistant is flexible and can be tailored to fit your business and workflow.
You can customize:
- Placement (popup vs. dedicated link, left or right side of your site)
- Button design (color, text)
- Consent language and disclaimers
- Intake flows (different question sets for different services, meeting scheduling vs. starting an automation)
- Meeting booking links
- Knowledge sources (what the Assistant can reference)
- Automations triggered after intake
