Billing & Payment FAQ
Q: Do I need to manually mail payment or is it charged automatically?
A: Levitate automatically charges the credit card on file for your subscription. You do not need to mail payment or take any manual action. You'll receive an invoice via email after each successful payment.
Q: When will my credit card be charged?
A: Your card is charged on your billing anniversary date each quarter (for quarterly subscriptions) or year (for annual subscriptions), based on when you first subscribed.
Q: What happens if my payment fails?
A: You'll receive a notification if your payment fails. Update your payment method immediately to avoid service interruption. You can do so by having an Administrator navigate to Account Settings > Admin> Users & Billing, then click "Update Credit Card" to enter your new card information.
Q: Can I split my invoice into multiple payments if it exceeds my credit card daily limit? A: Yes, we do allow for split billing payments. The first payment may be at least half of the total amount. Once the first payment is made the second payment must be received within 60 days
Q: How do I update my credit card information? A: Have an Administrator navigate to Account Settings > Admin> Users & Billing, then click "Update Credit Card" to enter your new card information.
