Holiday Observance for Email and Text Campaigns

Levitate can automatically pause email and text campaigns on certain holidays to help prevent outreach on days when recipients may be unavailable. If your business prefers to continue sending messages on these holidays, admins can turn holiday observance on or off at any time.

  • Super Admins

How to Manage Holiday Observance

  1. Click your name in the upper-right corner of Levitate.
  2. Select Settings.
  3. Open the Admin tab.
  4. Click Company Settings.
  5. Locate the Holiday Observance section.
  6. Toggle holiday observance on or off as needed.

When enabled, Levitate will automatically pause email and text campaigns on the holidays listed below.


Holidays Included

When holiday observance is turned on, campaigns will pause on:

  • New Year’s Day
  • Easter
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Day

You can turn this setting on or off at any time, including before specific holidays.


Important Notes

  • Holiday observance applies only to email and text campaigns.

    It does not affect timely automations such as:

    • Meeting reminders
    • Birthday messages


Once saved, Levitate will either pause or continue campaign sends on holidays based on your selected setting.
