November 2025 Releases

OAuth and Single Sign On for Microsoft and Google Users

Levitate now allows users of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace to authenticate and log in to their accounts via Single Sign-On. If you'd like this feature enabled for your account, reach out directly to your Success Specialist or our Support Team. Once the feature is enabled, you will see the option to Continue with Google or Microsoft when logging in.

New Policy Merge Fields

Levitate has added support for two new insurance policy-related Merge Fields. The first is {{all policies}}— this can be used in any email template to automatically populate all active policies for a contact. There is also the {{new policies}} merge field, which will show newly created policies per contact. A new policy is considered to have an effective date within the last 30 days. If a policy effective date is outside of that range, it will not appear when using the {{new policies}} merge field.

Survey Updates

Preview & Reminder to Save

The Preview function for all surveys has been updated—instead of a button that redirects the user to a new page to preview the survey, the preview is now live under a tab beside 'Questions.' To view the Preview, the user creating the survey must save it first. When changes are made to a survey, a new yellow banner prompts the user to save the changes to see the updates reflected in the preview.

Here's a look at where the option to Preview will now appear:

File Uploads for Custom Surveys

When creating a Custom Survey and adding questions, there is a new File Upload option in the dropdown for choosing the question type. This will allow survey respondents to upload up to five files for the Levitate users to access.

Once a file has been uploaded and the survey has been submitted, the Levitate users can access those files via Custom Survey Reporting. There, they can view and download the received files.

Here's where to choose File Upload as a question type:

Reordering Survey Questions

Additional Questions (i.e., questions under the 'Questions' tab in a survey) can now be reordered. This is new for Satisfaction, Event, and Donation Survey types—it has been available as a feature in Custom Surveys.

To access the questions to be reordered, the user creating the survey must save the survey. Once saved, click the 'Reorder Questions' button in the upper right of the survey, and reorder as desired by dragging and dropping.

Deleting Custom Survey Responses

Contact responses can now be deleted from Custom Survey Reports. In order to delete a response to a Custom Survey, access the Custom Survey Report, choose the survey, and click the button with three dots beside the respondent's name, and choose Delete.

Google Business Reviews: Show Locations

Many businesses and organizations have multiple locations, and thus multiple Google Business Profiles. All or some Google Business Profiles can be selected in Levitate's Integration settings to appear on the account's dashboard. Now, each review will show which location (Business Name, City) the review was written about.

Here's what that will look like:

Matter Stage Tagging

Legal Accounts that are integrated with Clio, MyCase, or Practice Panther can now have Matter Stage tags per contact pulled into the contact profile for more detailed matter tracking. To allow those tags to pull through from your integration to Levitate, reach out directly to your Success Specialist or our Support Team to enable the feature.

Copy Blog Content

For users who do not have a Levitate website or a Levitate-hosted blog that allows direct blog posting, we've added the ability to copy blog content in text or HTML format. When creating or updating a blog post, click the Copy Content button and choose which form you'd like to copy. This will make it easier to post Levitate-created blogs to a non-connected site. HTML allows direct embedding on a site, and text allows the text to be copied and pasted as plain text.

Save Emails as a Template via Automation Step

When creating an Automation step email, there is now an option to save it as a template directly on the email creation page. This will make it easier to reuse and access in the future.

Social Media Disclaimer

The limit for social media disclaimer text has been increased from 280 to 800 characters.

Social Media Post Filtering

When searching in your Social Media report, you can now select multiple search filters instead of just one. This will allow users to make more granular searches.

RSVP Deadline Update for Event Registration

For Event Registration, the previous logic only allowed respondents to RSVP up until the last day listed. Based on demand to change this, respondents can now RSVP until the very end (11:59:59 PM) of the last day listed.

Compliance Review Results

If compliance is enabled for your account, your Success Specialist or our Support team can enable a new feature that sends compliance officers a copy of their decision on a piece of content, along with the content itself for archival purposes.
